I called Anytime and they were able to get me scheduled the next day. My appointment was later in the day and life happens. That morning, I got a courtesy call letting me know that they were on the way and that Jacob would be my tech. When he arrived, he introduced himself and shook my hand (that is something you don't see everyday). We went into the garage, he saw how old my opener was (20 years) and explained my options. He went into great detail on the differences between the different openers. I asked a few questions and he answered in layman's terms that someone like me could comprehend. I made my choice and he said it would take about an hour to install. I'm one of those peps, I looked at my watch. When he was finished, it was an hour, almost to the minute.
