After being strung along by other contractors for SIX MONTHS ("oh, the weather isn't good for working on garages" or "oh maybe there is a missing part and I can't do it") I was shocked by how competent and quickly Bill got this job done and for a very reasonable price. In fact he had to rip out the work done by the previous two contractors. I really wish I had found Fowler Garage Door Service from the very beginning. If I had 12 more garage doors, I would hire Bill to do all 12 of them. He went into great detail on the differences between the different openers. I asked a few questions and he answered in layman's terms that someone like me could comprehend. I made my choice and he said it would take about an hour to install. I'm one of those peps, I looked at my watch. When he was finished, it was an hour, almost to the minute. We hadn't heard of them. So we immediately contacted them and made an appointment to come to our home. To our surprise someone actually showed up! The guy was very knowledgeable and friendly and in no time at all we had a garage door on order!
