Less expensive products are out there that may look similar, but many of Overland's products last for decades. I've found that their customer service staff works very hard to be courteous and kind. I believe they really want their customers to be happy. If there is something that isn't right about an order, they have free returns and exchanges for customers in the U.S., and they accept returns and exchanges for international orders as well (although I see that there are fees for intl. shipping and exchanging). I actually invested my first pay check buying my first extravagant fur-suade coat purchase from Australia right here in Portland, so when I saw the leather displays - no one can stop me now! I have to stop and . . . just browsing OK? I still have that coat, btw, and still fits me! I walked right in this camel (never had camel jacket before) jacket with dark brown leather trim and top-stitchings. I couldn't buy it because the sleeves were too long, but the friendly nice salesclerk insisted they can alter it for me AND they will mail it to my home in Portland! How can I turn that down? I still have that jacket, today, as I type for my 2nd review. Camel is not my color, but it's PERFECT for Autumn, and this year, I've been wearing my camel jacket to go with my camel ankle boots, bought from Spain. I'm so happy, camel color IS for me after all! It goes so well with my favorite leopard silky scarf. That scarf is like my security blanket and my camel jacket and boots . . . very, very happy indeed! Add a touch of black tights . . HAH! (Don't ever buy anything online, unless you have those 2 options!) OK, go for it, send me one, and she told me I'll get it in the mail 3-5 business days. I got it on the 3rd day! The fit? Perfect! The color? Perfect! The length of the sleeves . . . well, I've had one longer that that before and I still have it, so who cares, and so what! I'm still happy! The style? I LOVE IT 2x! The brand? I'll recommend it and doing this review! The service? FAST & SATISFIED. Where is it made? INDIA. I'm glad it's not China, but many products are coming from India now, but the quality is really like my camel jacket! UPDATE, even though I gave them 5 stars, I am now removing one star. I like their winch setup to run the targets in & out, I can never remember the distance they have to the back wall though, I think it's more than 50ft. The steel plates look like they're about 12-15yds away, so I would guess the rest of the distance is another 12-15yds to the back wall...maybe. Their prices for range time were quite reasonable. I bought a 10 visit punch card & each visit is good for the day, so that's pretty badass! Oh, 10 visits for $65 & some change, it was 10 days ago, so don't quote me on that price. Ammo prices weren't bad, but I like to shop for discounts or buy in bulk to avoid wasting my money. I didn't overpay for a spare magazine & a speed loader, but better to spend it there & have it in hand than wait the 2 days for an Amazon delivery in my opinion. They sell ear & eye protection, targets of different sizes & silhouettes, Free condoms offered in the bathroom...don't mind if I do!! Haha (always Check Free condoms for pinholes!!) I had never shot steel target plates before, that was cool. I was practicing from the draw & I'm confident that if I had to defend myself I could hit my approaching target without any collateral damage. Oogity Boogity!! Get some!! Only reason they aren't 5 stars is because of the ventilation, I could taste the sweetness of the lead on my tongue & in my nose, not ideal. The lanes are a little narrow as well, by that I mean the partitions that designate a lane are narrow. This lead to quite a few spent shells bouncing off of the wooden partition & actually burning me. Both happened while shooting the rifle, unfortunately I was wearing a face mask & a hot piece of brass nestled perfectly on top of it below my right eye on my cheek! No a good hurt, but a good reminder that brass is HOT!!

Every time you buy something they give you kohls cash which I always lose anyway but it gives you more discounts for repeat shopping. My only complaint is that Kohls always seems to draw in cranky old ladies trying to cut lines and run me over with shopping carts, other than that for Ottumwa it's probably the best location to buy clothing.
