I called her out on the price She went right to her phone to look it up The same time I did. Yea I was right. A few key strokes later And the total was right. So my question is how many folks go through the check out with errors like this? Think about it 1 out of a hundred? That can add up! And all the contractors just trying to get in and out fast so they can get back on the job sites to make cash. They need to have the ai camera scan for item count or the weight system that checks by weight Or have the eye in the sky do the audit On count and total! Or do self checkout like at Sam's Club? App and scan and weight check out! No apologies from the staff... Just me thinking we need a change in the check out system. The lost time to correct these issues is adding up fast! But I have to say.... " not my circus, not my monkeys!" But some times watching the caged animals is fun!
