I managed to make a booking the previous day. When I got there, it felt like a money hungry company as the dentists didn't have cabins, but it was more open plan. I wasn't impressed by the secretaries that I had to deal with, zero customer service and even though I had my treatment and payment plan confirmed by my insurance, they still tried to charge me full price until I proved my right. All negative things aside, my dentist Kamil Noor was amazing, she was very sweet and professional, it really felt like she cared and had a sense of humor! This office was recommended to me and it did not disappoint! First impressions mean everything; so, as soon as I entered the building I was pleased to see how clean and attractive it was. The office itself, although at basement level, was even more inviting. I was seated in a really nice waiting room with several comfortable brown leather chairs. And, I was offered a cup of tea while I waited. I saw the Hygienist (Ms. Francis) and she was awesome - incredibly thorough! She got me back in working order so I can show off my pearly whites to the world again :) She also gave me lots of feedback and information regarding caring for my teeth. The Dentist (Dr. Quinlan) saw me briefly after my cleaning was completed, a no-nonsense, yet quick and thorough, check followed by a seal of approval. Before I departed, I utilized their restroom which was so lovely I almost set up camp there...! A clean, comfortable, and attractive facility - especially for dental work - is important to me. Add a thorough check-up by efficient professionals and I'm a happy camper. This is the spot I'll return to to keep me smiling! Say Cheese! Needless to say, when it was time for my appointment, I needed to have a few visits scheduled to take care of a few things. Dr Gerry has got to be one of the best dentists. Certainly he would be the best dentist I have ever had. He explains everything really well and calms the nerves. He also checks in quite often to see if you are okay. He never seems rushed and seems to take adequate care and quality in the work which he performs. I can't remember the name of the girl from the front desk, however she was great as well. She explained well what was performed, what was needed next time, the relevant costs and what I would need to do to recoup taxes as well as from my insurance carrier. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a quality dentist.

Went back for an overdue check up... and I had a little pain.... but you know I convinced myself it was nothing. Boy was I wrong... and now I have no money... and my mouth hurts!! They've updated their whole system, so after falling between the cracks of the reminder system - and after that good new leaf I'd turned over and everything - they now text appointment and check up reminders. I'd left it too long between check ups so the pain to my mouth and my wallet are apparently all my own fault. Boo-urns to that I say!

Did I believe him no way but I found the only thing which did bother me was he kept asking if I was OK while I was nodding off. A few months later I developed an abscess in my gum this went on for a year and then I was reffered to Dr Linda by my new dentist. She noticed the bump in my gum and recommended a 3D X-ray. She looked at the X-ray (performed in office) and noticed that the specialist in the U.S had missed a canal. She re did the root canal including the one that the specialist had missed. She was able to drill through my crown without removing it. The process was not painful at all. I am to go back for a final cleaning of the canals soon. I am so happy to have found such an expert. I'm unsure why the other reviews scored so low. She has excellent manners and is the best dental expert I have ever been to. Who knows how long I would have been in pain for if I hadn't have found her office. I would recommend her to everyone. I never review businesses on Yelp but I know her office deserves 5 stars. When I booked my appointment for dental hygiene over the phone I was lured by special offer for new Customers: €90 for check up and actual hygiene together. Do not believe it, this offer is a scam! I ended up paying €50 for check up and €85 for hygiene. Their excuse was check up and hygiene should have been done by the same doctor. Why did not you book me for the same doctor over the phone? I had no idea about the terms and conditions of your offer! Now, during the check up X Ray machine was not working, not even sure X ray was the real thing; and the dental hygiene took less than 30 minutes and was very basic. Imagine if you had dental hygiene 20 years ago, it was THAT basic! I had to pay €135 in total, the girl who took my booking over the phone was not in on the day of my appointment (how convenient) I had to go back twice to that Clinic cause no one returned my calls, and then Receptionist Irene rather rudely told me she could not trace the person who took my booking. How many people are minding the reception in this Clinic I wonder? So the whole experience was tragic and I am trying to be diplomatic here. Will I go back to Harcourt Clinic? Never in my life!
