Gutter repair man came out and connected the gutters using some sort of glue, the repair man said the original steel gutter support that was ruined & just tossed on the ground was " cut & there was absolutely no reason for it" I do believe this was done out of spite as the roofers were packing up to leave, due to the fact that I did not offer them a tip. Well, this old woman could not afford a tip after paying what I did for a new roof!! Repair of the gutter cost me $95.00 & this company refuses to reimburse me. I have the gutter support piece safely put away for the day I'll need to take them to small claims court.

I told her patch jobs don't usually last but she trusted this company and the owner said over and over they had a 2 year guarantee not to worry and he took her money. The leak was never fixed completely, every few months there is a problem. The owner has been back several times. He is rude to my mother one the phone. He blames her saying she has had someone else up there, trying to get out of his guarantee and now he will not honor the work he did. I think he actually miss diagnosed the leak area in the first place but it really it makes no difference. The company stole my mothers money and hassles her every time there is a problem. Not recommended! The positive reviews are from people that had no problems, if this guy makes a mistake on your roof, things change and you pay for it with verbal abuse and hassle!

Had an incident with one of their drivers back on July 16th, the driver was driving a big red…read moredually truck with "Lawless roofing" logos on the side and was tailgating me (following way tooo close) all the way through downtown medford where the speed limits have been reduced to 20 MPH, he almost hit the back end of my car several times because he was following to closely and we were in the mix of morning traffic on a Wednesday morning. I stayed in the far right lane so he had 2 other lanes to go into to pass. This said driver then sped off around me flipping me off, I have videos of him tailgating and speeding past me. I called the truck and liscense plate into police for a driving complaint, and then I got the phone number for lawless roofing off that rolling billboard driving like a jerk, contacted the "manager" who said she'd send me a gift card cause this is not acceptable, so tried to basically pay me to shut up, didn't take down any of my info for complaint, she was in such a hurry on the phone, and said she'd be calling the driver and taking care of it, so said driver in red truck drives like a bigger jerk and starts weaving in and out of traffic, meanwhile with lawless roofing all over the company vehicle. This company does not care that their drivers are driving so carelessly that they are risking peoples lives. They could kill someone!!! Your right manager this is unacceptable, and I have 2 videos of your driver like I told you, showing his awful driving habbits that you cared so little about... No job, no roof, no delivery is worth someone's life!!!! We all just want to make it home to our families!!! I am a delivery driver as well, and to drive a company vehicle, I have to under go extensive driving training, maybe something your drivers need? His crew cleaned up all the debris and were very friendly and efficient. Just last week we discovered a major new problem with the roof on the back section of the house. The wood rot was caused by a design flaw 31 years ago when the house was built. Two days later Eric and crew did a great re-roof job after replacing the rotten plywood sub-roofing.
