We used them to replace the roof on my fiancees house in early 2025. Their invoice clearly states a 2 year warranty. Everything was great, until there was some warranty work that needed to be done. After being told 2 or 3 times by Colby they would take care of it, it never happened. The story changed each of the few times he would actually answer. Mostly nonresponsive. Very poor communication and what communication there was, was basically all lies. I certainly wouldn't recommend or use them again. read more

Had to contact O'neal roofing for a repair on part of my roof and they are impossible to get a hold of. Communication is sub par as well. They asked me to send pictures of the leak and said they would let me know when someone could make it out. Days went by and I called again. It took multiple tries to get anyone to answer and they told me a tech was ten minutes away with no notice I had to drop plans and race home. I am still currently waiting on repairs to be made and I have been trying for two weeks to get ahold of someone with no luck. Please use another company who is more responsive for your roof. read more
