They even helped rebalance a part of a gutter that needed adjustment that wasn't supposed to be serviced. The removal/install/cleanup took about 3 hours. It would definitely take more time if you were having an entire house done. I am hopeful that the new gutters suit my needs. Even if they dont or if there is an issue, I am confident Keith and Jose can remedy it. I am extremely pleased with their service. Also i zelled to avoid a credit card fee. He took care of me throughout the whole process, start to finish, and truly went out of his way to ensure I was happy with the end product. Freddy originally came out to give a free estimate as I was looking to replace my entire gutter system. My intent was to hear him out, then compare pricing to other companies. Freddy spent a good 45 minutes surveying the house/gutters: used a drone to take ariel photos, up and down on the ladder taking measurements, etc. Afterward, he showed me all the pictures/findings, going into great detail to explain everything. I truly felt that Freddy was being honest with his recommendations. I anticipated a typical "sales pitch" and was waiting for him to try and convince me to purchase a bunch of "extras," but he didn't. I was really surprised that there was no pressure or gimmicks.
