He constantly made excuses and now he has apparently (?) disconnected his A&M Plumbing and Heating phone. We will be pursuing a legal case against him. Not a good man, nor a man of integrity. In a few hours shawn was able to diagnose the problem, swap a few parts, and do some custom welding. I was expecting to hear that this would cost thousands, and be a major overhaul. They also went around the entire roof line looking for issues with the flashing and soffits and fixed those as well. These guys are thorough, professional and take great pride in their work ! Of course our call was in the height of their busiest season and month, that being June, so it was difficult to connect given our varying schedules. Joe had one of his staff, Paul, reach out to make arrangements so we could get an estimate. To our surprise we had the pleasure of first meeting Paul at All Phase Paving on July 4th(!). We were astonished that they would be available on a Holiday and offered them another choice day in their schedule to meet up. Paul insisted it was OK, so we obtained our quote that day. We gave them a $200 deposit to get us in the cycle. We figured it would be 6 to 8 weeks, but then a homeowner project that we had was being delayed due to lack of supplies and we asked All Phase Paving to please put us off until September. They willingly accommodated us. All Phase Paving had some time in their schedule on one afternoon so we agreed to have them come out and take up the existing driveway, reshape a new one around our specs, and perform whatever site work they needed to do. They came back the next day at 7:30am sharp and laid a freshly paved driveway. The owner, Joe, was very accommodating with some of our additional requests. Joe's staff were all very considerate, patient, professional, and to this homeowner appeared very knowledgeable about their profession. We are VERY pleased with the outcome.

Other companies I'd met with were more like high-pressure sales pitches with little substance. Their prices were good, and on the lower side of what I had been quoted elsewhere. Their employees were knowledgable and efficient. The whole process took about two days, and boy did they work hard! The crew showed up at 7:00am and worked until 7:00pm the first day. My only criticism is that the crew showed up at 6:30 am the second day, before I even got out of bed -- and it was a bit jarring to wake up to people walking around on my roof. But that being said, the whole process was efficient and transparent, and I will DEFINITELY use them again next time I need a new roof!

We needed lots of advice never having had a metal roof before. Wayne was very knowledgeable. The crew came every day for about 10 days and worked 0730 until 7 at night to get it all done. All work was very professional, and the roofing panels were custom cut on sight. After completion, we discovered a small piece of trim had not been replaced as ordered. The boss, Wayne, came back and inspected it. His crew then came back and replaced that trim to our satisfaction. Not many roofers would have come back! I recently moved into a home with a leaky skylight and ultimately needed an entire new roof (just what you want to hear when you move into a new home, right?). I know that Silas and Ivan had installed siding and all new windows into this same home around 8 years ago and did a fantastic job, so obviously it was a smart decision to hire them again to fix up the roof and skylight. Ivan was quick to respond to the first inquiry, and Silas came out to look at the roof and skylight pretty much the next day. I was so relieved that they were able to fit us into their busy summer schedule so quickly when I noticed that rain was coming through my ceiling onto my brand new furniture (!!!). They took the time to go through exactly what needed to be done to fix the leaky situation and were able to provide a very reasonable estimate. Knowing nothing about general home repairs, it was so great to have their input and expertise to make things less stressful overall. Once we moved forward, they came to get all the necessary measurements and got all of the supplies right away; everything happened so fast, it was great! They showed up on time every day and the whole job was done in 3 days; I have to give them even more props since I understand that the whole roof was pretty much disintegrated. A representative from the company that manufactures the sky light that was installed came out to the house after Silas and Ivan had installed it and definitely made a point to say that their installation was completely flawless. I know the installation was no easy task for them since they ran into a swarm of ants and mold while removing the original skylight (I felt pretty terrible about that) but they definitely took the time to fix the problems instead of just taking short cuts and masking the problems with some degree of humor, which I appreciated. There is absolutely no question that they have strong attention to detail. I am now happy to say that I have an amazing, functional skylight and beautifully shingled (and dry!) roof, and I owe all my thanks to Silas and Ivan. The whole exchange was great; they are very professional and clearly know their stuff. In addition to being "good at what they do" for lack of better phrasing, it's very obvious that they actually take pride in going above and beyond to do things the right way (the first time), which in my opinion is invaluable. I mean, if you're going trust people to make improvements to your home (probably the biggest financial investment anyone can really ever make, yes?) then I think it's important to find the right people who actually want to do and CAN do an exceptional job. That's pretty much I-Van-Go in a nut shell. As an added bonus to this, they really are just overall nice, down to earth guys and it was great having them around. I would recommend them to anyone for any household contracting needs, and I can say without a doubt that I will not call on anyone but I-Van-Go for any of my future contracting needs (of which I have no doubt that there will be many!)
