She was very attentive and patient as I tried and retried different pairs of glasses. Because she was paying attention during our chat, she remembered everything and found the PERFECT pair of glasses. I actually bought two pairs because I needed glasses for just computer work. I was notified when they were ready and made an appointment to come in and check them out. Again, she spent time with me to perfectly adjust each pair. I couldn't be happier with these glasses. The lenses are of a much higher quality than what you'd get at Lenscrafters, and it's really noticeable in the clarity of the glass. I tend to be a little rough on my glasses, but they have been perfectly fine, and extremely comfortable. I walked into Village Wye Center and found a pair I loved within 10 minutes. I was able to order the lenses in the custom colors I wanted. I got magnetic clip on sunglass lenses for them and a second set of clip on made especially for migraines. After picking up my glasses I walked around for weeks saying randomly to people that I loved my new glasses lol. I still feel this way. Recently I had to change my prescription. The other optician didn't make the lenses correctly and didn't fit them in my existing frames correctly. Voorthuis checked them out for me, suggested what had to be done with the lenses and pointed out that the problem with the frames was a frequent issue with the line when it first came out.
