They respond quickly confirming you can take the class. You pay , register, and complete the online course in your pajamas in the comfort of your home. You can go in person if you want but I prefer the home environment. After each module, you complete a quick assessment about the 15 minute module. The modules are all videos with jokes, cartoons, and real life video traffic scenes to keep you engaged while teaching you relative content. If you play a module, make sure you don't accidentally close it or you have to start the module all over. When the course is completed, you are emailed your certificate of completion plus confirmation that your completion will be reported to the court on your ticket. Fast, smooth, easy!

I had some online issues trying to register, so I called and they took care of everything for me. And the class especially was a much better experience than I'd expected. Eight hours is a long time, but it actually went by quickly. The class not only defines our traffic laws, but it helps us evaluate our relationship to those laws. Our instructor, Payton, was knowledgeable & professional and helped us on that journey, but she also helped make the time enjoyable. I learned a lot and I actually enjoyed the experience.

For various reasons I had four different ride-a-long instructors and I found each very skilled in teaching an older adult how to learn new things, unlearn old things (and habits,) and improve almost every lesson. Cathy supervised the installation of the hand controls in my family vehicle and a check ride to make sure they, and I, worked properly. I am/was not a fast learner, but I greatly appreciated a lengthy counseling session at about the half-way mark in my lessons. This was all a part of the "you get what is paid for" with this company. the scheduler (who works in Tempe) did a wonderful job working around my availability since I could not drive myself to lessons or back home without help. I would not have renewed my license or been safe to ride with without the work of these fine people. The bill is paid, but I still owe them all a lot! Well my class starts in 2 hours and I asked if there actually is a class tonight and he says no! Are you serious. I let him know I have had to get a babysitter and I also work nights. This is absolutely horrible. I should of been told this earlier. I was also told by text. Worst customer service I have ever received. I called him and he said well there are other schools you will just pay more. Well there's a time limit and you just cost me a couple hundred dollars at work so I would of just paid that from the beginning. I had something come up that caused me to need to re-schedule as I had something come up that caused me to miss the 2nd half of my course (which their competitor doesn't seem to have a problem with ALL VALLEY WIDE T.S.S. http://www.vwtss.com/faq.html). They were not answering the phone number listed and have not called me back despite leaving several messages. I even emailed them and no response. I've now scheduled with another company and paid an additional $120 to complete this process. I understand it's not their fault that I needed to reschedule, but clearly, other schools are more accommodating and flexible, and hopefully communicate better as well. Update 7/14/16: Sean called me back after posting the review today and offered to reschedule the course. He said he was on vacation, and that this is why he did not get back to me sooner. Unfortunately, the reschedule falls outside of the times I am able to work with, but I am updating my review to reflect his efforts to remedy the situation (from 1 star to 3). I still say that Dr. J was fantastic.
