They would also text when they were on their way to pick him up for the lesson. He had his final lesson yesterday and passed his driver's test. We're on our way to get his driver's license today!I found them very easy to deal with. Early on I found that he was getting reminders but I was not, so I asked if they would also send me reminders, and they kindly reached out for a text conversation and fixed that for me, then texted me again to follow up and make sure I had what I needed. I was very relieved not to have to do the driving lessons myself, as I think my anxiety would have been too high. I preferred to have a professional do that job. He had three different instructors during the course of his lessons, and all were very good. In addition, the price was significantly lower than that of other driving schools I checked. I would highly recommend this company if you have someone he needs to learn how to drive!

I had a deeply disappointing experience with this driving school and would not recommend it…read more My instructor told me directly that I'm "not a bad driver," but that he personally wasn't going to pass me this time -- implying other instructors would have. His turn instructions during the test were sudden and confusing, which made it hard to execute them safely and smoothly. I was told I would get three practice/test attempts, but only two actually took place. The "third" session was conducted entirely on the freeway, with no instruction or guidance given at any point -- and the freeway isn't even part of the standard test route. During my last lesson, I noticed the instructor appeared to close his eyes for a few minutes at one point. I raised this with the school, and they said they would review the in-car recording, but I never heard back. The school then told me I could pass if I paid for one more $200 lesson. Given time constraints, I agreed -- but no one followed up with me afterward to schedule it. Based on everything above, my honest read is that the instructor was simply exhausted after back-to-back lessons that day and didn't want to make the trip to the DMV to file paperwork, so he found reasons to fail me -- or wanted an extra lesson fee out of it. Overall, a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I can't recommend this school.

My husband and I both have large trucks and my teenager really didn't feel comfortable driving either when he first received his permit. I found the package that would best fit our needs on the website. Ten hours in car driving with them administering the DMV road test with the last lesson. After paying for the lessons they send the recipient an online gift certificate. Booking online was a breeze. Photos and times available for each instructor easy to maneuver. After three lessons the instructor did state my son needed some more in car driving practice prior to booking his last lesson / road test. After each lesson the instructor emails a report on what needs to be worked on before the next lesson. Both instructors my son had showed up on time and were personable and answered our questions. So easy having them pickup at my home. Pricing competitive to others, but priceless in my book. Driving with these men gave my son the confidence he needed behind the wheel. Totally recommend and we didn't have to stand in line at DMV.

Absolutely made the right choice going with Stop and Go! HUGE kudos to my sons instructor, David C. My 21yo son is starting late at driving. He lacks confidence in himself and talks himself out of everything! I quietly shared this with David C. and he took all that away! He encouraged him and talked him up. My son looked forward to seeing DavidC, like they were best of friends! My son passed his license today and turned 21 on Tuesday! Exciting week in our household! They above and beyond this company offers is, taking the students to the 3rd party DMV for their permits and licenses. This is worth every penny to me!!!!

For various reasons I had four different ride-a-long instructors and I found each very skilled in teaching an older adult how to learn new things, unlearn old things (and habits,) and improve almost every lesson. Cathy supervised the installation of the hand controls in my family vehicle and a check ride to make sure they, and I, worked properly. I am/was not a fast learner, but I greatly appreciated a lengthy counseling session at about the half-way mark in my lessons. This was all a part of the "you get what is paid for" with this company. the scheduler (who works in Tempe) did a wonderful job working around my availability since I could not drive myself to lessons or back home without help. I would not have renewed my license or been safe to ride with without the work of these fine people. The bill is paid, but I still owe them all a lot! Not that the recommendation of a 72.75 year old male with 10 years in Arizona matters, but you should check this firm out if you need driving instruction or adaptive training. (As of 9-9-2024)
