So we both went in the Napa store told the manager what happened. The manager said "I don't know what you're talking about" in a tone dripping with sarcasm. When we said we'd call corporate, he said there was no corporate office and no one over his head. I found the corporate number in less than a minute. These people are animals, they do not care about customers or even their reputation, and I can even safely say and they are dangerous. I have a 125,000-mile extended warranty, yet I was charged and told the repair was not covered. I also brought up an oil leak and was told that wasn't covered either. What made the situation worse was the way Baron handled it. In my experience, he was extremely rude, dismissive, and showed very little concern about helping me understand why these issues supposedly weren't covered under the extended warranty I paid for. I don't expect every repair to automatically be covered, but I do expect a service advisor to treat customers with respect, clearly explain warranty decisions, and make an effort to help. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. After purchasing an extended warranty specifically to protect myself from expensive repairs, this experience has been very frustrating. I expected much better customer service from Everett GMC.

I was purchasing from out of state, found the exact vehicle I wanted at the right price, and my salesman Kevin was great. He was attentive and went above and beyond, even sending me screenshots of the vehicle's full service history to put my mind at ease. Brian in finance was equally great, very straightforward about the extended warranties and he even overnighted my paperwork to get everything finalized quickly. Up until that point I had nothing but good things to say. That all changed once my down payment went through. I arranged my own auto transport to have the vehicle shipped to me. When my driver showed up to the dealership for pickup, he did his standard pre-transport inspection and found damage that nobody had ever mentioned to me. Not once during the entire sales process. It wasn't in any of the listing photos and it wasn't on the CarFax. The salesman on site reviewed the findings and signed off on the damage report before the car was loaded onto the truck. The vehicle arrived to me with mild hail damage and significant paint and door damage on the passenger side, all of which was known by the dealership and never disclosed to me as the buyer. It has now been 3.5 weeks and I have called the dealership every single day since. I've left voicemails for both sales managers Eric Marbley and Josh Lynn, as well as Kevin and Brian, and I have not received a single call back. Not one. Complete radio silence from everyone involved in my sale. This isn't just a lesson about not buying a car without seeing it in person. Plenty of people buy remotely without getting burned like this. This is about a dealership that knowingly sold a damaged vehicle without disclosing it and then went completely silent the moment the deal was done. We had all maintenance services performed at BMW of Little Rock on time. When we requested a Goodwill/Customer loyalty repair, it was denied by BMW North America and BMW of Little Rock...their reason being that we had purchased one new set of tires from a local tire shop instead of BMW. Now they want over $8,000 for repairs on what is a known internal defect. BMW IS A JOKE.

The service technician at discount tire was responsive to making sure all my tires were properly inflated and took the time to explain how the tire sensors work and when they typically malfunction, I am grateful for his assistance with a 500 mile trip ahead of me. He provided piece of mind that I did not have a leak in one of my tires and that it was safe to drive.

I had need to replace a tire on the wife's car due to a major pot hole which ruined one of the tires and so visited the discount tire store in Benton, AR. Not only did the pothole take out the tire, but cracked the wheel as well. I bought a replacement wheel and needed a new tire for the replacement wheel. I also needed to replace the TPMS sensors on all four wheels as they were no longer working. They decided that one of the three undamaged tires mandated replacement due to excess wear on the outer edge and that they wouldn't replace the TPMS sensor for that tire without replacing the tire too. I told them that I wasn't going to pay for an unneeded tire and would take my business elsewhere. I drove to another local tire store and got all of the work done, minus the extra tire extortion fee. Local store also agreed that there was no need to replace the tire discount tire had deemed bad. I don't take kindly to extortion business tactics. I had been a long time discount tire customer up until this, but will never set foot inside another of their stores going forward! You can also bet that I will be sharing my experience with all within my orbit. Unless you just have money in abundance, avoid this store. This is the second time at this store I've been told what I "will" pay for vs what I was willing to pay.

They explained what was wrong and exactly what they were doing before starting, even showed me the new & old parts and told me in detail why my old one was having an efficiency issue. He gave me advice about what to do if I continued having issues (what a "bad" mechanic might try to offer versus what a "good" mechanic should do to diagnose the problem, which I also appreciated!) The guy was very kind and thorough. I wish I could remember his name, but the Muffler Shop has surely earned my continued business should my vehicle ever have any more problems.
