Told me he didn't have all day to wait (it was 6am, mind you.) Tried to call multiple phone numbers to complain because I was very unhappy with the attitude, as I was already upset about having to get towed on my way to work. Rich answered and told me he already talked to the owner's about me and was hesitant to let me know when I could call back to talk to an owner. Gave an attitude on the phone call as well. Will not ever use their services. & It wasn't even my choice to call then so I wouldn't bother. You'll just feel like a burden.
