The store manager recommended that I go to the dealership for the code before getting an oil change. The intent was that the oil change could be free if the fix was a recall. Problem was I needed an oil change before a road trip. Left and got an oil change the next day at another location. Appreciated the honesty.

I came into this shop to inquire about getting some things done to my vehicle a few months ago now…read more The pricing is a little high, but still reasonable, however while I was there I was quite surprised and disheartened to see and hear a person in management quite literally screaming and cussing out an employee in the shop, in the presence of customers. I can't imagine good, quality work getting done by employees under such management. Hopefully, a conversation with managers about professionalism is the workplace and maybe just some basic humanization.

First "Mike" said it was because the battery was dead. Sorry wrong answer, the battery is brand new. Then "Mike," says he's a Chevy guy. We left and went to Advanced Auto Parts where their sales personnel knew exactly what we were looking for. Don't get me wrong, the AutoZone on Pine Log Road is fantastic. This one on 138 is really bad.
