The store manager recommended that I go to the dealership for the code before getting an oil change. The intent was that the oil change could be free if the fix was a recall. I came into this shop to inquire about getting some things done to my vehicle a few months ago now…read more The pricing is a little high, but still reasonable, however while I was there I was quite surprised and disheartened to see and hear a person in management quite literally screaming and cussing out an employee in the shop, in the presence of customers. I can't imagine good, quality work getting done by employees under such management. Hopefully, a conversation with managers about professionalism is the workplace and maybe just some basic humanization.
