I went into the Stockbridge location and politely asked the Auto Zone staff member, who was wearing glasses, that can I use the complimentary funnel so I can put oil in my vehicle. Yes, I'm reviewing an auto parts store. An auto-parts store staffed by a number of classic-rock loving pros who like cars. I felt right at home. And these guys were great. They sold me a K&N air filter for Mom's car, and they price-matched a set of support struts for my car. They were fast and friendly, courteously retrieving what I needed in a flash. They didn't try to up-sell me on anything, focusing only on making sure I got what I need. I know it's weird, but I'm almost looking for a reason to back and pick up something else. read more

I waited fifteen minutes to buy a bottle of oil and when it was finally my turn the clerk decides to ignore me and assist a customer who is already being helped by another clerk...wtf prejudice is sickening.
