I didn't realize I needed some windshield wipers until we received a bit of misty rain recently. The more the blades went across the window, the poorer my vision was. That got old quickly. I took my behind to Autozone. Fortunately, this store isn't too far from where I lived. It was recently built. I recall wondering why they wouldn't put something other than an Auto store here, but I was glad as hell they did. After removing my wipers from my car, I took them inside the store to measure it up against the other wipers available. After finding what I needed, I made my purchase and was out. This wasn't the first time the store came in handy. A couple of months ago, my car, which seldom ever gives me problems, was acting. I discovered the issue was the battery. I went to the store, purchase a new battery, and gave them my old one. read more

They have everything I need from an Autozone. They are close to my house. But here's a story that will tell you about their service: My girlfriend was paying the lady at the register. The lady had been sour the entire time; same rude service you seem to get in many places around here. My girlfriend decided to try her new card to pay for the stuff she was getting, and it apparently rejected the card both times she tried it. However, we did not know it was being rejected... we weren't told. Instead, the screen kept saying swipe again while the lady at the register just stared. Finally, we got a reaction from the woman... she bellowed out laughing at my girlfriend and said, "WHY YOU KEEP CANCELING IT??? HERP DERP" Upon standing over my GF's shoulder laughing at her the entire time... reminding her to press "OK" in a condescending manner, I look up at the screen to see that it was rejected. Luckily the lady shut up before I went ballistic and we used a different card. Will not be back, there are too many auto-stores around here for me to have to deal with that lunatic again. Hell, we might be dumb for seeing if we could use her University Debit card, but we don't need that crap. read more

The only reason I'm not giving one star is because the new guy there was very nice and friendly. Here's my story: Went in today around 10am to get a part for my car. I was greeted by a very friendly gentlemen, I believe his tag said he was the sales manager, and he'd just started a day or two earlier. I let him know that I need a part but I'm not sure what it's called & he very politely lets me know that he has to wait for the other guy to come out from the back before he can step out the store to take a look, which is 100% understandable, so I say "of course, no worries., I'm in no rush." 5-6 minutes later the other guy comes out the back, and that's where he good part ends. His tag also said he was a manager. It might've said store manager, but I'm not sure. Either way he was rude, short with words, an acted overall annoyed & uninterested in helping me. The new employee is helping another customer, so this guy comes to over me & I tell him "I need a part, but I'm not sure what it's called.", to which he says nothing & just looks at me like "So what do you expect me to do about it??" Caught a bit off guard, I let it go because the new guy was so nice. I start explaining where the part is & what it does & he let's out a a big sigh like he's so annoyed and says "Pop your car hood and somebody will come look." I again, because the new guy was such a nice guy, let it go & say "Alright, sounds good." I go outside, pop my hood, and wait. 15 MINUTUES has pass by and no one has come outside. I know he's not busy because only 4 people were in the store while I was in there, and the only one that hasn't left is the one the new guy was helping & no new cars have pulled up. Needless to say I closed my hood, left and went to O'reilly's. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience at this store. I use to go to this store all the time as it's right down the street from me, and can honestly say my interaction today with the new guy is the only time I've have a good experience at this store. I am also not the only one who's had constant bad experiences at this store. My mother, my father, my brother, cousin, and uncle all say they will never step foot in this store again because the staff is so incredibly rude. I also will no longer be getting my parts from this store as one good person can't make up for the rest of the employees being completely rude. If you're thinking about going to this store, don't. Go a little further down the street to O'reilly's where ALL the staff is friendly. read more

This is by far the worst auto parts store I have ever been to it's the worst customer service I have ever seen in a total lack of training when it comes to the employees been up there five times so far just to change ball joints out on my pick up really do not understand how they can give you the wrong ball joints for a pick up when everything is right there in front of them on the computer then I really do not understand when you rent a tow from them and you take it back to them it's not even in their computer that you rented it from them like I said the worst auto parts store I have ever been to and I believe it goes up further than just the store been waiting for the DM to call me for over a week now and still have not heard from him read more
