I was here visiting from California when my parents back lift gate on their van broke. We found out…read moreit was the shock on the lift gate that broke off. The van is 20 years old so the parts are hard to find. We call the Dealer of the van and the parts would be $34 dollars each plus $150-250 in labor. We decided to call around to see if we could get a better price. O'Reilly's in Branson said that they could order the parts for us & would call when the parts came in. A few days later we walked in to O'Reillys to pick up the parts and the store manager; Tyler offered to put them in for us, FREE of charge. Going to this O'Reillys saved us so much money. Our total price for both shocks were the price of 1 shock at the dealer. Plus we didn't have to pay for labor. Thanks to Tyler who went out of his way to help us out.
