It's stated that the transmission fluid was low but when we checked it that was not the case. The gentleman at AutoZone I wish I could remember his name, was so helpful and he pointed me in the right direction to the right product and told me how to check to see if Indeed it was the transmission. My truck is diesel so I learned a little bit from him the difference between gas powered engines and diesel powered engines. I do know that he was brought in from Florida to help after the hurricane and I was so grateful that they were open. Way to go on a zone! I ended up taking my truck to the Ford dealership it took a while for them to get to it but it was more than what we had spent expected. The gentleman from Florida told me if this didn't work I can always bring it back the fluid that is. Well it's been a couple of months and I've had back surgery since then I'm gonna try and take it back today and see if they'll honor my receipt. I fully expect them to they were awesome!

The picture of the parts showed it was black, the description of the part showed it was black, and WOODY told me that he verified that the part was black. Well, we received the part today and guess what?!? IT'S THE WRONG COLOR. It isn't just a shade off, it is a totally different color!! I immediately called WOODY and spoke to him about the part. After a whole lot of back peddling and crawfishing, WOODY tried laying the blame on his fellow co-workers whom I NEVER SPOKE TO. I asked if he would pay for me to ship the part back and have him send me the correct part---he wouldn't do this. I asked him for a refund and he comes back with "I can refund you $15 so you can buy a can of paint.". Here's a clue for you WOODY!! I didn't call and verify the color of the part if I thought I would have to repaint it myself!!! I'll never do business with this dumpster fire of a business again. Steer clear, they're frauds. ***UPDATE*** We took the mirror and had it painted to match the car. We paid $60 to have the mirror painted. We got it back and guess what?!?
