This company has restored my faith in mechanics in general, and the supposedly outdated view that…read moreAmericans in general are honest, direct and trustworthy. Coming from the west coast, due to my wife taking a job in bay st.louis, I have virtually nothing but horror stories of mechanics in the area I lived. I took a chance, not knowing any references to a good mechanic, when my truck tried to drive itself independently of the steering input. Mark took me right in, called me back in a timely manner, and talked straight and accurately to me. Then offered the repair estimate, which was fair and competitive. I can't say enough to show my appreciation for coming 2500 miles, to find a mechanic that lives up to the term. As a former mechanic myself, I know of which I speak, Mark and Jennifer are the real, honest, straight shooting and fair establishment, and my abused and used 21 yr old truck was restored to me, and drives better than it has since I bought it with .8 miles on the odo. Thank you, and God bless. I knew there was a reason I found a home in Mississippi, and proud to know neighbors like Smith Goodyear Tire and Auto.

He was very honest with me about the outlook so I didnt get my hopes up and advised I pray for the best outcome. Prayers worked, he removed and replaced my filter cap and I had him finish my oil change that I fouled up.... very good christian man with an honest business and great service. I will sing their praises to anyone seeking a mechanic, and will return on anything I need done within their scope of expertise.

I had to click on a star to enable post. The first time price was right, never met the completion…read moredates, work was correct, no issues on the transfer case replaced. Having to tube test, safety council orientations, osha, and occupation health in baton rouge for Houston refinery. Like the first time, I had no time to do it myself. I dropped my truck off with a no limit card. Some abnormally under weight dude, takes the ticket. I stated my codes was anti theft. No fuel to the rails since I changed the heads on my 6.0 I left driving daily to B.R.,La. Went by the second day. Had the bottom dash cover out. And no BCM ordered or picked up. Dude ask me if I could pay cash instead of credit. They had money problems with suppliers. I said I'd pick up the part, order it. He then says his boss the owner. Wants to by my 6.0 liter motor, seriously? NO, I fly back from BR the next day. BCM I picked up, not installed. "I've been bowed up with cash customers" he says. Thankfully osha was a refresher 6hr. Was back by 3pm. Still nothing done, I installed it, I googled the reset steps to get the anti theft dash light to turn off. Still no fuel to the rails. So slim shady comes over with the 10k snap on scanner. Gets one code not anti theft as before. We go inside to computer. Customers come in, it's closing and hangry and tired, one more trip to BR for O.H. exam. First inline first out. He said I'd be the first he handles. Reminded me the interest of buying my motor. I wasn't lucky enough to the first at the O.H. clinic. I got back at close, and dude was under another vehicle that wasn't there the day before, it was like one of those bad movies, in the middle of nowhere, "two days" turns to stranded. I paid for the first diagnostic that confirmed my own. He had the nerve to suggest leaving it until I can take off from a 38hr 6-7 10hr day job 6hrs round trip. Pulled it home left for work. 5 months later, injured from the company I contracted under. Once I hit MMI from company doc. Couldn't get a code or a test light on all fuses, hmmm, that's new, the harness was removed from the fuse block. Read about a fuel pressure sensor above the tank. Dropped the tank and the fuel pump retainer ring that has to be beat on and off with a chisel and hammer. It's off, the pump is sitting tilted in the tank. Had fuel pressure all the way to the intake when I brought it to this shop. I also read and picked up information BCM has to be programmed to the ECM, and you can't reprogram a used BCM or a new one to an existing ECM. Both have to be new to program. Sold me junk, I had to install. Tried to get me to leave it for something he had no clue to fix, itching to buy my 6.0, no proof on it. I know it checked the fuel pressure at the intake and got the anti theft code prior to bringing it. Mickey Mouse confirmed my actron code with snap on. And after I did his job for him returning from BR every evening. He got a unknown code after the replace part. Assured me it would be PRIORTY, next evening I pulled it home and left for 5 months. It had fuel pressure and fuse panel connect to give codes. Guess he was making sure it was going to start from replacing the BCM, not working on it so I would leave it, swap my motor for a 5.7 or worse. I don't know. I do know, they had a auction sign and was closed down. UNFORTUNATELY they move to Orange grove, I heard, also slim shady went work at the parts house he sent me to get the BCM. Evidently he's a used parts puller and was a full time shop mechanic pretender. Andre works for the Long Beach water board, and hires out a mechanic to run the shop he leases. Explains the first time extended completions on dropping a transfer case and stabbing a new one and adding gear oil. TERRIBLE OWNERSHIP, MANAGEMENT, INCOMPETENT STAFF AND CAN'T COUNT DELIVERING A SERVICE DATE THEY SET AND RESET AND RESET AGAIN MICKEY MOUSE CLUB
