Employees were still inside, and when asked, they told me, "we leave at nine, we go home at nine." This wasn't a mistake -- it was intentional. even the security guard was laughing untill i git ny camara out to document this as evidence. I have photos and video proof of the store closed early with staff still inside. Customers should be able to rely on posted hours, especially when AutoZone advertises them. Very unprofessional and disappointing. This was no 2 minutes we're talking about 20 minutes.I drove all the way from my house to get something.I really needed and I did had enough time. But they didn't provide the service they advertise. I screen shot also couple more reviews with same complaint. 1 just a month ego and another a year ego. obviously managed dont care about it. so next step.is t ake it to corporate and, yelp and social media. this is not a one time thing. this is a pattern. website and sign say open until 9pm. but they dont honor it. instead the close 20+ minutes earlier and refuse service. absolutely unprofessional and misleading.

In addition, I tried to use a discount that I use at any other Auto Zone stores with no problem and the cashier informed me they received a memo from corporate earlier this year which states they no longer honor this specific discount, mind you I bought items from a different location with my discount and no problems. I went acroas the street to O'Reilly's and got a better price for the same items and the manager had a demeanor and character that ensure the customers were happy and laughing even if we had a queue.

The owner, Hussam, and his employee were both very unprofessional. They argued with me, talked disrespectfully on the phone, and even hung up on me when I refused to pay more for a part that wasn't as described. This place is dishonest and untrustworthy. Don't waste your time or money here. I would never recommend J&B Used Auto Parts to anyone.
