They didnt bother to send the part back until we insisted and then when Dorman Products denied it they said nothing until I called to see where the claim was. I called the service person at the store was rude and tried to blame us for the driving. I was completely disgusted with their service and follow up.

He was very helpful from the testing of the battery to taking care of changing it, and he cleaned up the connectors and made everything nice and new again. He even helped me find some replacement clips for the screws that hold the engine cover on my car, as they were old and brittle. And he placed them after the battery was installed. I am thrilled that my car, with a failing and stuttering battery, limped into this location and happened to be staffed with highly professional and helpful employees and a terrific customer service policy.
