The oil line ruptured from the crimped end and oil drained all over the engine causing it to seize and kill the truck. They didnt bother to send the part back until we insisted and then when Dorman Products denied it they said nothing until I called to see where the claim was. I called the service person at the store was rude and tried to blame us for the driving. I was completely disgusted with their service and follow up.

I am thrilled that my car, with a failing and stuttering battery, limped into this location and happened to be staffed with highly professional and helpful employees and a terrific customer service policy.

We have a 96 dodge 2500 with a Cummins. Needed a manual transmission and we're getting told from so many places that they were anywhere from a week to 3 weeks out. Called Napa and they thought they found one to be overnighted, turned out to be a square top and we needed a round. We are sitting there in the store still searching and calling and one of the guys comes over and he said he found one. Still in salt lake and it'll be there first thing in the morning.
