So much for shopping locally with a store like Bucks.

Homedepot is a nightmare compared to my experience I just had exchanging a dewalt tool that I had a protection plan on. Home Depot wants you to call customer service or call someone else or write a letter or what the heck ever they come up with. Tractor Supply all day for protection plans.

Having been a retail manager, I know the store should've honored their sign but, I gave them a freebie today. Other than that, I feel the store was clean, well-stocked, but ill-staffed. There was one cash register open and a line 5 deep. We chose to go thru self check out which is the main reason I didn't push the price discrepancy issue!

My wife and I had the most terrible experience with Whipple service champions and it has been an…read moreongoing process for many months. We hired them to replace our water main in the front yard of our property. We were told that our beautiful yard and garden were going to be put back to how it was before the job started, and we moved the things they said needed to be moved. The communication after that was practically non existent, and they caused massive amounts of damage to our front yard and house. We lost a ton of our flowers and plants in our garden as they were buried with dirt from digging the trench. We also lost sentimental iron art that was buried or stolen. Who knows. After they told us the job was complete and we're leaving our property I came home from work to find the whole front yard demolished with dirt scattered everywhere, including all over our grass. Our flagstones were cracked and smashed by the mini excavator they brought in, and it damaged the side of our house and they never told us. They tried to cover it up by hiring a stucco repair guy the same day. Nothing was disclosed to us about that. We tried reaching the manager of the local branch as well as the SLC branch but got no replies until we emailed them threatening legal action. No surprise they finally answered at that point. They said they can come and "fix" all of their mistakes which took several more weeks, with many broken promises throughout the process. They never came to fix the grass and ghosted us again. After this traumatic experience was finally wrapping up we ask them if we can receive a discount and they ghosted us yet again and have yet to reply. We've spent almost $20,000 with whipple and this is how we are treated. You are much better off using any other company in the area

Soon after, Reese, Desert Star installation supervisor called, came out, gave us his analysis ( which made sense), said HE'd be back the same day to fix the issue. He kept his word & the next day when I used the shower - the problem was fixed!!! Keep in mind, this is a glass company that does large custom installations. Reese was professional, caring, neat and efficient even on our small job. We are retired business owners and this small job will eventually lead to bigger ones.
