Came in for the service engine soon complimentary scan. I had the pleasure of meeting Joe. He is very knowledgeable, Informative and honest. He help recommended products and solutions to solve my problem. I feel confident in coming back for the future knowing that I will be in good hands! I would not recommend using this part store to no one due to there running a scam with a so called mobile car repair guy.the guy came out and said it's this and that by the end he got over a 1000 off of us and the car would still not run then 600 in parts had to take to another garage out $450 and found out it was just the core pack to begin with guys do not go to the oreillys in Jackson tn or do not use LARRY BOWEMAN WITH BOWMAN AUTOMOTIVE HE DRIVES A OLD RED VAN WITH A YELLOW LIGHT ON TOP GUYS BEWARE PLEASE DO NOT USE HIM TAKE TO A REAL REPAIR SHOP read more

I would like to compliment Josh. He knows the true meaning of customer service. He came out and determined what light bulb was out on my rear Honda and proceeded to replace it. I didn't even purchase lt from him as I had an extra one in my glove compartment. I think he deserves a raise, No, in fact I know he deserves a raise. Have a safe day ! read more
