We were RVING from Canada to the US southwest & ran into some major problems with our 2016 F350 diesel truck. Terry Sullivan drove us around town, helped us find a place to park our RV & always took the time to ask how we were doing & tell us about the area. One night I was looking at a Dodge Ram that caught my eye. So the next morning headed for Golden Circle to search out the truck. But come to find out someone had made a deposit on the one interested in. So I headed across the By-pass to the other Ford place & that's in Rachel came out to meet me. She was really nice friendly told her about my situation with the truck on-line. So we went to her office where she started looking around. I hadn't realize that they had another Ford place in Mississippi. So come to find out they had another Dodge Ram there they could bring up. Rachel was very helpful thru it all & I also wanted some running boards on the truck which I was able to get. She also helped out carrying the truck to Dodge dealership to get some recalls taking care of. She was also very helpful concerning the trade of my Jeep Wrangler. We haven't come yet to selling it but still working towards that. She has been most helpful thru this whole time even when we got it fixed she told me about a man a Golden Ford who does cleaning to make them look like new again. My wife and I drove from out of state to Golden Circle to buy a car, not a Ford BTW, we found on the internet on their web site. It was just what we were looking for but the tires were worn well beyond what Carfax said they were although I didn't discover this until after we got the car home. To Golden Circle's immense credit they helped us to replace the worn-out tires... something that most other dealers would never do once the car leaves the lot. All the staff here are warm, attentive, and easy to work with and really do care about their customers... something I can't say about other car dealers I've worked with in the past. I want to give special recognition to James Bridgeman, the salesman we worked with, and Bruce Gentry, the sales manager. Credit has to go to Courtney as well who worked with us to get everything in order before we got there. We worked out a great deal with our trade-in even before we got there. My wife found her "dream car" here online after thinking and looking for a long time. I was very skeptical. I am 62 years old and have seen a LOT of dealerships that were dishonest. Went to look at a car Wednesday and was greeted by TC and him and i talk for awhile. I told what i wanted and if we could do it that would be good, if not i didnt want to waste my time or his. Test drove a 2014 Nissan and it was actually what we where looking for. This had to be the most enjoyable experience buy a car. TC was great very professional and understanding of what i was wanting. He made the deal quickly and i was driving off the lot in about 2 hours. The staff was great and friendly, smiling, just a grear experience. Yesterday TC called me Thursday afternoon and told me better news they had another lender that would make a better deal. So the short of this is Golden Circle could of just let the first deal go and made more money, but they saved me about another 3 grand on the deal. It was simple and very straightforward. All our questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. We even got 2 walk around videos from Kevin and Dacota. Dacota was our onsite sales person that helped us get set up and learn about our new car. This was our first electric car and thus our first Tesla.
