I needed that blinker when changing lanes on the interstate. So, I called the NAPA store & was surprised it was open. The man who answered the phone said they had plenty of the bulbs in stock & gave me directions. We laughed when we figured out I was 1 block away. They had the bulb ready when I arrived, took my cover off and replaced the bulb for me. He even asked me to operate the brake & blinker to be sure it worked. I offered him a tip because he was so helpful and the charge was so small. He refused & said it's all part of their service. What a nice group of people!

In the meantime, he gave me a lift to a hotel and offered to retrieve me when the work was done. By 8:30 am Thursday, I was back on the road! Within a couple of hours, they had diagnosed the issue with the air conditioner and provided me with a couple of options along with detailed quotes. Aaron even went the extra mile and spoke directly with my regular mechanic in Omaha to ensure we were all on the same page. Unfortunately, the necessary compressor wouldn't arrive until the next day, so they kept the car overnight and got to work first thing the next morning. When the AC still wasn't performing at 100%, they pulled everything apart again, installed a better-quality compressor, and reassembled everything--ultimately getting the AC to work perfectly. I primarily worked with Aaron throughout the process, and he went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and that I was completely satisfied. The reception was pleasant and precise. It was getting dark. They got there quick. The truck was clean, inside and out. The diver was more than helpful. He went out of his way to take us to a gas station for a few items. Then, because he knew that we were planning on doing the repair ourselves, he drove us past the various auto parts stores in town. He pointed out a few good places to eat, then took us to our hotel for the evening.
