I must say, the wait times at Graham Tire are great. I went in to get my tires rotated and I needed my front driver side tire checked for a leak and patched. I went in at 8:00 am and had my keys back in my hand and was off on my way by 9:30. Quick tip: If waiting isn't quite your favorite, I've found that bringing a dollar to get a $0.75 soda and $0.25 for a crank of candy to relax and watch some YouTube while waiting is an excellent experience, as well. read more

We were in town visiting from Las Vegas and really need back tires for our drive back. After trying a few shops who either didn't have the size tire or couldn't care less about helping us, we went to this one. The guy at the front (perhaps the owner) was so helpful and accommodating. He was willing to service our car that same day since we were in a pinch. We recommend doing business with them. read more

Our RV tires had issues holding air. The shop has enough height to put an Rv on a lift. We left the Rv at 9am and the 4 rear tires had all been checked and stems fixed by 10:30am. Jeff is experienced and we left confident the tires will no longer give us trouble this trip. read more

My wife and I had the somewhat unfortunate luck of coming to Graham's in the middle of our cross country move after both of our rear tires blew out. It was incredibly stressful for us as our car was packed with our possessions, we had two pets in tow, and we had timeline we were trying to adhere to. Fortunately, we were able to find Graham's Jeff, Jim, and his entire team treated us with respect, accommodated our situation in a timely fashion, and did a great job. When you are dealing with important things, it rarely helps to decide on price. My husband and I have taken our vehicles to Graham Tire for several years, I am always impressed with the friendly staff that are eager to serve us. Scheduling can be tricky as they are well known and liked in our community. We'd rather wait a week and get the very best service. We really appreciate the perk of free tire repairs on any tires purchased from them. Often if they aren't able to schedule us for a quick repair they'll have us drop off our vehicle and they'll squeeze it in at some point during the day. Very accommodating! read more

My son took his car here and it needed some suspension work done, he, being a full time student from Hawaii dident know a lot of people in Kearney but gave Graham tire a try. I dropped my car off in the am for my 9:30 appt to get new tires installed and an alignment done. I left it there all day because I had to go to work. At the end of the day when I called they said they had forgotten to do the alignment. At first I was told rudely that I'd have to make another appt. Then the manager said they'd get to it still. When I arrived they showed my a printout that showed my camber right on the edge of spec(still in spec) and refused to set any of the other adjustments because they wanted to put adjustable upper control arms on. They quoted me 3x for the cost of the parts and then an outrageous amount for labor. literally 4 figures for under $200 worth of parts. I said I didn't want that and that I wanted what could be adjusted done. I was told they didn't want my business. I would be suspicious of any business that incentivizes their employees to offer the most expensive fix for your vehicle. I look to a mechanic who I can trust and will work in my best interest. Unfortunately, I have lost this confidence as a result of various incidents through my years of business with Graham Tire. I have taken my concerns to management resulting in only a lukewarm response. With many auto repair businesses available in the area who truly wish to earn my business, why should I lay awake at night wondering if I am being taken advantage of. read more

My son and his friend took off on their first big road trip driving from Des Moines, IA to Colorado Springs. In a small town near Kearney, the rear brakes went out. The mechanic in town couldn't get the part and they were pretty much out of luck. I told them to find a hotel until we figured out what to do. They coasted into Kearney and I desperately searched for the needed parts and found them at a store in town. Then I started making phone calls to see who could help out these deflated kids on a Saturday. Everybody told me they were booked and couldn't get to them until at least Monday or Tuesday. Then I called Graham Tire. I found everyone there sympathetic and they said they would do their best to fit them in even though they were having a customer appreciation sale that day and were going to be packed. These guys busted their butts to get the parts needed and track down an elusive brake cable. Right before the store closed I got a call that they had finished the repair and the kids were back in business. And the charge was amazingly reasonable considering the effort. I cannot tell you how much respect I have for these guys and how they didn't give up until they pulled off a miracle. I am a long way from this place but if I were nearby, I would go nowhere else.
