I undersatnd little kids are a pain and som adults do not supervise properly, but 12 and above kids should be allowed. How else does a kid learn? I think if they are there and going tohelp, they should be allowed. The adult can sign a waiver or something vouching for the kid.

I asked them to pay for half since, I felt guilty for not recognizing the wrong parts; they felt no obligation and said it was my fault for not knowing, not theirs for not checking, and only wanted to pay 300 dollars which barely covered the wrong parts. Oh, and they said the car should've never been able to work with the wrong parts and, this was their whole basis of their argument. But I have timestamped video footage from my cameras showing myself in the car driving away that will be used litigation shortly.
