After speaking with customer service afterwards, the "manager" will then get into a screaming match with the agent on your phone and none of the waived fees or credits guaranteed will be applied. So now you have a new iPhone that you didn't need and you're stuck in a new contract with a company that has no problem with VERY obviously scamming you. 10/10 don't recommend in any way, shape, or form - this was actually insane

I have a vacation in January and I didn't want to end up at the airport with invalid ID! The lady who checked me in just stared at me without a word. I was really confused what else she needed from me for check in... I told her what I was there for and she just raised her eyebrows and stared at me still without talking. We stared at each other an uncomfortable amount of time and I was just about to turn around and leave but thankfully my boyfriend said something and she did check us in. Really strange interaction overall. Guy at the desk was very helpful though and answered my question and explained it!
