I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I have received regarding my recent order for…read morea flip-out front windshield and rear windshield for my Polaris General XP1000. According to your website, these products were listed as compatible with my machine. However, immediately after placing the order, I noticed in the fine print that the products would not work with the Ride Command system with stereo and Rockford speakers installed. As soon as I realized this, I attempted to contact customer service. Since it was a Sunday, I could not reach anyone by phone, but I did send an email right away requesting cancellation of the order. The following morning, I contacted customer service first thing and explained the situation. I was told the order had already shipped and that I would have to pay $20 per package for a return-to-sender fee. Although I only ordered two items, my shipment was somehow split into three separate packages. No one was able to clearly explain why there were three packages for two products, yet I was still charged a total of $60 in return fees. While I accepted responsibility for not catching the compatibility issue sooner, I do believe your website was misleading regarding fitment. Despite that, no effort was made to help reduce the return fees or provide any accommodation. All three packages were successfully returned and received by SuperATV on May 14th. Since then, I have contacted customer service multiple times requesting updates and proof of return so I could initiate action with Klarna if necessary. I was repeatedly told that SuperATV would handle the refund directly. It has now been nearly two weeks, and I still have not received my refund or a sufficient explanation for the delay. It certainly did not take this long for the payment to be taken from my account, and in my experience, refunds are normally processed within just a few business days after returned items are received. To summarize: Your website indicated the products would fit my machine when they did not. I attempted to cancel immediately after purchase. I was charged $60 in return fees for three unexplained packages. SuperATV received the returned items on May 14th. I am still waiting on my refund with little to no communication explaining the delay. At this point, I am asking for immediate processing of my refund along with a clear explanation for the delay and the additional shipping charges. I hope this matter can finally be resolved promptly.

I received no call, no questions, nothing. They shipped it all. And are making me pay return shipping + up to 25% restocking fee. When recognized on our end, parts were missing from one of the kits. What wasn't missing was two full sets of tree kickers. Heavy, huge, tree kickers. We immediately contacted them and got an RMA. My email correspondence describes the resulting interaction. This is why they only have first time customers. My email to them: Hi Corey, Thank you. I'm sharing this as candid feedback--what I would want to hear if I were in your position. I understand your policy and that return shipping is typically the customer's responsibility. That said, as a new customer, it was frustrating that two full sets of tree kickers were shipped when the remainder of the order clearly aligned with a single RZR. This feels like something that could reasonably have been flagged and confirmed prior to shipment. Given that, I'd ask you to consider covering the return shipping in this case. I am only able to provide return shipping on items where there is a fitment issue with a product that should fit the machine, or in instances where I place the order for the customer and send out the wrong components. Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Starting from the moment we walked in. The car I came in for…read morewas out on "vacation" with an employee when I inquired originally. Finally got in to see the vehicle and when we started the deal, the entire sales staff tried to completely low-ball my trade value (by over $5,000). The finance manager tried to tell me that I couldn't get this car at that price anywhere else. I told them what the other dealership was offering and he said "they're just undercutting your car to make a better sale" and then proceeded to do the exact same thing to me. I stated that I am a Stage 4 Cancer Patient, and that I was trying to put money back in my pocket from my trade in due to not being able to work, but they kept fighting me on what my trade value was. We researched and got numbers from multiple dealerships and websites and knew what we were looking at. One of their offers to "sweeten" the deal, was to offer me a Lifetime Warranty....to a stage 4 cancer patient. Total slap in the face. Once the deal was finalized it took 2 weeks to get my check from the dealership, and 55 days to receive the title, after being forced to contact Auto Dealer Services Division Indiana Secretary of State. They had to call on my behalf and threaten this dealership to get things moving. Was informed by state that this dealership has these issues often. Don't shop here.
