Before he rang me up he asked to look at my car to see if he would be able to get to it to change it for me (I was prepared to do it myself)..he pulled out the old bulb and noticed that it wasn't bad but instead it was just loose and therefor had a bad connection. He cleaned it out and tightened it back up for me and he even checked all my other lights and blinkers before I left AND DIDNT CHARGE ME ANYTHING!! I will forever continue to use this Prien Lake location :)

One morning it was very cold and I went to start my car and it hesitated I didn't realize I need a battery. Once I got to work I heard in my research online found a battery at O'Reilly once I got off I headed there to purchase a battery. Once I walked in the store was packed with people that was a nice gentleman that asked me if he can help me I told him that I needed a battery keep mediately came over and gave me the options of batteries that I could choose from. I asked him if he could possibly check my battery to make sure it was good or not and he said sure. He came right out then the battery check-in realize my battery was bad which I already knew. He then went inside got the new battery for me I went on and pay for it I asked him if he would come out to put the battery in the car for me. He replied if you can give me a few minutes I'll be right out let me help to get the customers out of the store. Once he was done with the customers, he headed out to help me install the battery in my car. He was nice courteous and the service that I received was fast and impeccable once he was done he asked me to go in and start the car to make sure everything was fine. I also love going to O'Reilly because they have the California Scents air freshener that I like the ice and every so often I go and I check to see if they have my favorite air freshener I will suggest anyone that's having problems with their vehicle to head on to O'Reilly and get the best customer service you've ever had. The staff was very friendly and got me fixed up in minutes. If you have to replace a battery, this is definitely the place to go!

I visited the store 9/3/25 with a insurance claim from T-Mobile for a screen replacement on my…read morephone. I was told that it would take about a hour for the repair. I came back after a hour and was told the phone was smoking and that some how the battery had been punctured. I had to leave my phone overnight until a new battery was brought in from Houston. I arrived on 9/4 and received the phone but the new screen was not installed correctly or it did not agree with the frame on the phone. I gave the employee back my phone and she happily suggested changing out the frame for free. After everything was finished the phone looked and is currently operating like new. I appreciate the employees for making this unfortunate situation right and fixing my phone the correct way. Sometimes its ok to not get angry with people and to stay calm so we both can come to a solution to the problem. It was an inconvenience to not have my phone originally but I'm thankful everything turned out to be fine and I'm thankful for the employees that were involved in my specific repair.

When I got them I was greeted everything was great until it was time to change my battery I could tell she was about confused and struggled to get the battery but I took it as it being hot I would think you would employ or train qualified people. After about 20-30 ins she asked me to try my car. When I tried nothing. She said maybe she didn't tightened anything. By the time I knew something was wrong so I called my husband to meet me at the store. About another 20-30 mins she asked me try again. Again nothing. She explained she needed to go watch a video this was the time I knew something was not right. My husband asked for a supervisor to which she did not want to get one stating they pull be in Tuesday but after a bit of a back and forth one was finally called. Once the commercial supervisor arrived he explained that it was not properly placed in the car it was a few steps that was missed. After another 20-30 mins he tried by that time the car still did not work resulting in me having to tow it to the dealership. Today 6/17 I spoke to the dealership and my ECM was fried. This is the brains of my car to which your unqualified employee destroyed.

The kid that helped me, clean cut with a brace on his finger, seemed rushed as he was about to go to lunch. He tried finding someone else to help me but did not have luck. Asking where the batteries were and I told him still in the RV. Told me I had to take them out as they don't test them in the vehicle. I have 9 different Interstate batteries in various vehicles. All were tested in the vehicle before being replaced by your various branches. Not sure what this kids issue was, maybe lunch was more important. I left without having them checked. I'm a loyal Interstate customer so his actions won't push me away, I just think it was BS, especially after driving 1400 miles over the past 2 days.

Stopped by the Scott location and placed old mower battery pallet outside business. Proceeded…read moreinside and requested a new replacement. The employee went outside and took numbers off of the old battery. The employee placed new battery on counter and purchase was completed. The battery was installed two weeks later (busy on other projects) and would not turn over mower. Charger was placed on battery and reinstalled. The motor would turn over very slowly. An old battery was then installed and mower started with no problem. The new battery was taken back and the same employee checked the functionality and it tested. I asked if the new battery could be exchanged for a higher crank rated one. I was informed that they would only give the value of a core.I even offered to pay the difference in cost between the two and was told only the core charge would apply! This is very poor service as for the technician is the person that determined the cranking amps of the original battery. I can get this type of service from a box store and save $$$.
