The employee there quickly looked over the watch, looked to see that there wouldn't be parts for it, and checked with his senior tech on whether it's worth pursuing. They ultimately told me it was not worth it and did NOT charge me! Even though the store has a "no service" sign, Colton still made sure I was safe to get back home. When the valve core on my Mercedes was too short, he even used his own personal car so he could properly inflate and repair my tire. But the real test came when my phone spent too much time in a toilet bowl. It was completely fried. I didn't think there was any hope. No one--the Apple Store, Best Buy or Consumer Cellular would help. I took it to Nathan at Mr. Phone at 10:30 in the morning. I kept checking back and he kept saying he needed more time. He even sent his associate to a neighboring town to get a part. He just wouldn't give up! Finally, at 6:00 that evening I saw him outside of his store and he said, "I have very good news--we fixed your phone." I almost burst into tears! And it only cost $100. I said, "Are you sure?!" He said they don't take advantage of people. So...they had my phone ALL DAY, fixed an almost impossible fix and charged me a mere $100. I can't recommend them highly enough. If you have a phone issue, save yourself some time and go straight to Mr. Phone. You won't be disappointed!
