I have been there once before and the service was just ok. The store was busy for an early weekday afternoon. The store was well stocked and we were able to find exactly what we were looking for. The staff availability was very limited. There was only one person working the front. Another person eventually came but it did nothing to speed up service for the, at least, seven people waiting in line. After about fifteen minutes of waiting, the original worker acknowledged the last person in line and told him that there was a self checkout register available. The self checkout register is located right near the front door but not well posted. We all stood waiting in line and did not notice the register. There is a sign hanging above but none of us saw it.

I agree with the other reviews here on the wait situation at this store. There is generally a line…read morewith at least one employee standing around spectating. Maybe everyone is not trained on the register or they just don't want to set them all up, but it is irritating. The last time I went was an odd one. I'm doing about $500 worth of work on my van's coolant system and had mentioned it to the clerk so he did understood the situation. I asked for the thermostat at which point he asks me if I'm sure I want to change it and advises me that it might be a waste of money. I told him thanks and asked him a second time for the thermostat. At first I thought he was trying to be helpful. As I was walking out I had to wonder if he just didn't want to fetch it. This is about a 7 dollar part and is it really part of your job to talk people out of buying parts? I'm glad I stuck with it, replacing this later would have been a huge pain for no reason. If I had to do hours of work because this guy didn't want to get the part I asked for I would have been cussing him the entire time.

Hours after dropping my car off to do this test, they call me with an appalling list of things needed to be fixed in my car to the tune of over $3,500. One of which was leaking coolant, which I had fixed less than a year ago elsewhere. I went to my last mechanic to use the warranty from this repair. However, he was able to physically show me that there was no leak. I went to check everything else on this list of repairs Everything Automotive claimed I needed, and only 2 of the 5 repairs were actually true. I agreed to get my mirror changed at Everything Automotive and nothing else. But the owner wouldn't take my no for an answer on getting everything they listed repaired, and tried pressuring me to scare me saying my car was a ticking time-bomb. It wasn't. When I came to get my car an hour after the full diagnostics I didn't ask for was finished, the owner said he needed more time to "do what he needed to do still." Slightly concerning since there was nothing we agreed to repair yet, and of course when leaving, my car ran worse than it did when I got there. As a girl alone in Florida as I finish up my education, it's so disappointing to see the lengths people will go to swindle others. The owner states to have helped lots of fellow students from my school which worries me how many other people were suckered into spending money on things they didn't need from here. Do yourself a favor, and find an honest mechanic like Vimar up the block across the street from Full Sail University to help you with all your needs!

Decided to come here after going to three other car repair shops to get my Ac fixed and everytime…read morethey ended up not fixing the actual problem. When I brought my car in and I told him that this was a repeat problem he did a deep look through and replaced parts of my AC and I haven't had a problem with my AC since. I am so grateful. Please check these guys out they really do care about their work. I will be using them for all my car services in the future.
