We went to this particular Autozone not for their customer service but because it was close to work. My coworker has had not so good experiences at this location. I have been there once before and the service was just ok. The store was busy for an early weekday afternoon. The store was well stocked and we were able to find exactly what we were looking for. The staff availability was very limited. There was only one person working the front. Another person eventually came but it did nothing to speed up service for the, at least, seven people waiting in line. After about fifteen minutes of waiting, the original worker acknowledged the last person in line and told him that there was a self checkout register available. The self checkout register is located right near the front door but not well posted. We all stood waiting in line and did not notice the register. Came in for a car jack. Priced some out and decided to go with the Duralast one with the case for $114. The store is fairly clean and rather busy at 4:30pm in the afternoon. Everyone was really nice. 10/10 read more

Being that this is a larger store, it was definitely a bit busy. It was my 4th Auto Zone of the day in search of a new battery for my car. The first, battery checking machine was broken. The second, was able to check and confirm my battery was bad but did not carry it. The third, did not have the correct battery. The fourth and final stop had everything I needed. They were very nice and were able to get me what I needed. read more

I am a repeat customer for everything I need regarding car suplies at Auto Zone. This week, 2/21/2023, my car lights were on and I was close to Autozone at 13855 W Colonial Dr at 8:15 am and decided to stop to have that lights scan check. They Advertise that they offer for free....But the employee said that their scan was broken and they couldn't do it. That's not a good impression for a customer...either they just don't want do it or a place that sells a lot of car supplies should have more than 1 scanner to work !!! They don't list my car!!! I have a mazda 3 hatchback. However when you select your vehicle, they only offer mazda 3 as a selection. This results in wrong parts ordered. Mazda 3 hatchback has different part numbers for certain items than the Mazda 3. I'll never order online again!!! read more

This Autozone is in a bad area of Orlando called OBT or Orange Blossom trail rd, the staff here was nice and helped us quick but they did not installed a light we needed in our car when we went witch I though they would installed most products here. They have just about all you need for your car and even though it is in a bad area it is a pretty good size store. Its not very hard to miss this location as you can see it from the street located on a corner of a plaza. Price seem fair here and competitive in today's society . read more

Had a guy friend tell me to always go to AutoZone because they will help you with minor things like install your new bulb in your headlight or put on the new windshield wipers you just bought. He was right and I always do. Time before I went here I had another AutoZone replace my headlight bulb. During the replacement the woman couldn't get the locking clamp back on - but she said it shouldn't be a problem the bulb was in pretty tight. She was right it never was a problem. When I went in to this store and had to replace the bulb on the other headlamp, Mike was having a hard time getting this clamp on. I told him what happened before and he said "No, I'll get it on",,,, and he did. Then he said "Do you still have that other clamp?" I did and he took another 5 minutes struggling to get the other clamp on (it was hard because the battery case was jammed right up against it and left little room to work). I thanked him profusely for going above and behind and he said "No, I don't want anyone leaving an AutoZone without it being done right". My friend was right - I'll always go to AutoZone. read more

You know I don't gives 5 stars out easily, but today, July 15, 2018, this place hit on all cylinders! My car wouldn't start and we suspected the battery. I googled Auto Zone and this location came up. I called the number, and to my surprise (given my experience calling other big box stores) they answered immediately and said they can test batteries and help install ones purchased from them free of charge. We walked in and Troy H. And Bert D. Helped us right away. Troy H. acknowledged us right when we got in line and took us outside to check our battery. As suspected, battery was bad. Troy H. Helped install the battery and ran into some trouble due to some rust. Troy went back in the store and came out with Bert and some WD-40. They fixed the issue in no time. All with a smile on their face! Hook these two up with an extra paid day off or something better Auto Zone! read more

First let's just point out this is a 24 hour Autozone. Very clean run store. I have purchased items from this store a few times even late at night. The staff is always attentive to my needs and the items I have been looking for have been in Stock. The shelves are well stocked and organized. WOW do they have the best service! Our van broke down while we had 7 family members in the car. Natalia, the parts manager, was extremely nice and understanding and equipped us with everything we needed to get our car running again! Javier, the mechanic, was extremely nice as well! He replaced the parts immediately which is something that they normally do not do. They also filled up our coolant and windshield wiper fluid free of charge! Best service period! A Godsend read more
