I needed to replace the battery in my iPhone, which they did in less than one hour…read more The price was reasonable, but I keep getting notification that the battery isn't a genuine Apple battery, and I knew to restart to configure it. I can't get rid of the message, and the store wasn't helpful at all. Hopefully, there are no problems, but I will have to put up with the annoying message. They store associates should tell customers that the battery isn't a genuine Apple battery, and that you will get this annoying message. If they had told me that I wouldn't have torn the battery from them. Based on this experience I'm not sure I will go back there, as I have purchased many batteries from them over the years.

They are NOT IPhone Batteries!! They are after market batteries. No where in there advertising or in the conversation prior to installation were we ever advised we were not getting an IPHONE BATTERY!! When we left, we asked for our receipt, and were told they keep it on file for us so if there is a problem, it is warranted and they will be able to pull out receipt and replace it. No where and at no time were we told that the old battery would be destroyed and at no time were we told there was no refund if it did not work!!! When we picked up the phone, we were advised it was fully charged and shouldn't need to be charged for 2-3 days!! It was as down to 36% in less than 10 hours! Next day went into store, went in, spoke to manager, who felt the need to cross his arms and be very difficult, like his employee that helped us the day before would "never" tell us that!! No refund! He could replace but would have to bring it back the next day!! We will NEVER GO TO THIS STORE AND NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE! Customer service does not include speaking down to your client like we are idiots and "of course it's after market"!!

So rude and rolling her eyes just because I…read morehad a few question about the alignment, Instantly rolling her eyes, like she was so bothered by it. When it came time to check out, I asked if I could talk to technician, she said they only come out if there's an issue. So I asked her how everything went and she said yes you're right it was out of line but it's all set. She did not tell me they were unable to perform alignment while I was right there in the office. I paid 124. And was not refunded. Never will suggest this place. The other lady working at the counter was really nice. To respond to her I had to pay full price. 120. I have a picture on my statement that it was $124 that I paid she did not credit me half the amount that's another lie and I asked her that day if a technician was going to come out and talk to me she said no only if something is wrong with it then they will come out and talk to you. Very shady, I would steer clear from this business because now they're saying something wrong when she told me while I was there everything was fine and the alignment was fine. Too bad that we have businesses like this that treat customers like this just because they don't have the patience to answer questions in person, and then lie and make fake claims to cover their butts.
