My husband had a slight wreck not enough to break our turning signal. Everything was intact when he got out of our vehicle and shut the door. The next day I go and pick it up and immediately I'm getting told my car is leaking and that I wont make it back to Anderson which I did and he wanted to tow my car to anderson which wasn't needed. Even if so how would you know that's even your job.... I paid for everything and came to my car to see that my turning signal was completely broken off. There's no way my husband did that. Our car was not damaged other than the hood which did not have enough pressure to break our turning signal and he didn't jerk forward when the wreck happened. In the building I was uncomfortable. The guy was smoking in the building and bragging about how someone was mad that they couldnt get their car. I would watch out for them because they will try to get over on you. Always bring a Male with you if you're female and dont know about cars. Because they will try to get over on you!

They had the car on a Friday, I dropped it off on Thursday evening. They never contacted me that it was complete so since they close at 4pm on Friday I showed up. The car was not finished, but they did not ask to keep it an additional day. They just set it outside, took the money and considered their work done. Upon closer inspection between the seats and console it had not even been vacuumed. That's distressing since the carpet was "shampooed"...so now we shampoo over debris and dirt? The interior surfaces were no more than wiped with something like an Armor-All product. The wax job, a week later doesn't even bead up water. I wouldn't have written a review, I would just never go back but yesterday I was packing for a trip and looked under the back seat and found debris, hair, and dog biscuits. Full disclosure, I bought the car used and have not had a dog in this car. This is a lesson learned, never again. They had offered me a 10% discount to do my second car...uh, no thanks. Another $200 for a job that I can complete at a self serve carwash. I'm good. I advise you, check everything, I did not. I trusted them to be honest, respectable and professional after reading reviews. They were none of this. I hesitate to post this review as I don't want to hear from them and I simply don't trust them to do it any better if they offered. Buyer beware. Called Mikes and they could get me in immediately, now I see why. They quoted over $1400 in repairs, so I called around to other local shops and was quoted half that price for the same repairs. When I went to pick up my vehicle they charged $260 just for the diagnosis. Maybe they're the best in town but at their labor prices just to scan a couple of codes I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Plus now I know anything else that might need further repairs in the future related to my vehicle.
