I was waiting in line with another person to be helped, and one of the employees greeted and helped a customer who walked in well after me and the other customer waiting. Although the other person behind me had a reaction to the person walking in last being helped first, neither the employee helping nor the customer being helped seemed to notice or care. When I finally got helped, the employee helping me did not greet me and instead just started talking at me about the wiper blade I was holding. I'm glad I got what I needed and was eventually helped, but customer service could have been a lot better.
