Took over twice as long as I was told, and when it was finished they had damaged the door of my vehicle. When asked what they planned on doing to fix this, I was told "nothing". The new owner does not stand behind their installations, and was horribly rude when confronted on this issue. Good luck staying in business when you treat customers and their property with a complete lack of respect. Never going back! Just read the post from the new owner, and he is a real piece of work. He has put false information into his post. Not to worry, I have several people from the dealership who know the condition of the truck when it was dropped off, and their affidavits will be used when this individual pays for his wrongs. I made sure to go to the dealership first, before going to armadillon. I had them go over the truck to verify all the damages that were not there when the truck was dropped off. When I showed up to armadillon , I wasn't treated with respect from the moment he walked out of his office. I didn't say the things about his insurance the way he made it sound. Nice try trying to turn the tables on an innocent person, but what do you care. It's obvious that you don't! Definitely will be pressing this issue further, and taking him to court if need be. I hadn't even driven my new truck defore going to pick it up from armadillon, so explain to me how I already had the damage? It wasn't there when the dealership dropped it off, but magically appeared when I picked it up after 7 hours(was told it would be ready in 3)! When i asked the owner if there was anything that he could do for my inconvenience , he stated, "I'm already picking you up", a service that was offered to me. I didnt ask for the ride, but it was sure thrown in my face the first chance he got, and the only reason he gave me $50 off is because the job took over twice as long as i was told, and most likely that my new truck had been damaged by his company and also by a young client of theirs in their parking lot. If you ask me, he probably got overextended with the purchase of this business, and cant afford to have an insurance claim, so instead he would rather screw me over. This new owner has to learn not to treat people like this. You have tried to get away with this, and I will not allow you to do this to me or anyone else. I purchased Direct TV from Armadillon Audio January 24, 2017. The company sent their installer, Tim Poole, to do the installation but he was afraid to get on the roof. We were not able to get together immediately thereafter to speak about alternative placements. He then went on vacation. I have made SEVERAL attempts to contact with no return call. I also visited Armadillon Audio SEVERAL times with no luck. I have also contacted Direct TV/ AT&T. To date, April 4th, 2017, I have not been able to get a refund. To start, the installers there are idiots. A few months ago, I went out there to purchase a 2 to 1 wiring harness for my ford. Not only was it the wrong one, but when I got the correct one they refused to pop the stereo out with the unlock tool(Not illegal. The tool can be bought at a local car parts store for less than 5 dollars. It was just a matter of convenience.) Fast forwarding to the present. Bear in mind I advised my girlfriend to go elsewhere. While wiring my girlfriend's stereo, they incorrectly wired the harness which caused the bluetooth to go out and her amp to quit working. After going back, they wanted to charge her $100 to diagnose a problem that THEY caused. Because no one went with her they took advantage of her and she paid it. Their diagnosis was that the amp was blown and it would cost $400 to replace which was ALSO incorrect. The amp was replaced and the issue wasn't solved so we went to Prime Time Audio(where I recommended they go in the first place). The Installer there diagnosed it correctly as wiring the stereo harness incorrectly and the cost to repair it was significantly less. NEVER GO THERE!! They do horrible work, they recommend cheap and low quality subs/amps at a premium price, and they charge you to work on the issues that THEY caused. read more
