While talking with Dave from home, mama was at the end of a week-long camping trip and broke down 48 miles from civilization. Dave dispatched Mike and Mike arrived post-haste and greeted her by name. She thought that was soooo cool and comforting. Thanks Mike. While he towed her to Salmon, they talked and such... Mike even mentioned stuff about the area and pointed out a spot where spring water came out of the hillside, there a spigot and everything. At the lot, Jessie checked into why the truck was acting funny and the wife sent me pics and a FaceTimed with Jessie put me at ease to decide how to handle being broke down 300+ miles from home. Wife had to wait overnight and was kitted to camp in the truck so they let her stay at the lot. Next day I headed to pick her up and leave the truck till we could deal with it later but get mama home. Super awesome guys. We were fortunate to have friends closer than we are with the ability to tow 3/4s of a ton. (Shameless plug: Thanks Sharon and Frank... you know who you are.) so in less than a week we're back in business. Thanks you guys for your hospitality, patience, and courteous business. Tried scamming me out of 1k on our verbal agreement. When caught the salesman was incredibly rude…read moreover the phone yelling "you're just confused" at me. Asked them to send me my original sales agreement and they "lost it because it wasn't important" even though they're required to keep it up to five years. That document was proof they tried stealing from me and they conveniently "lost it". Ended up refunding me the money back, essentially admitting to guilt. Truck ended up having a bunch of metal shavings in the fluid and they didn't repair other issues they said they would fix with the vehicle either. Highly unprofessional, this would have been my third vehicle purchased with them I can only imagine how they treat new clients. Will never purchase from them again.

They tested the battery and they kept saying this batteries good. It wasn't, it kept going dead. So I went down to Idaho Falls went into a battery place that handled the same type of battery they tested the battery and they said this battery is bad.So, they gave me a brand new battery under warranty. In time when that Battery did go bad, I went back to Orr again and Salmon and they said this battery is good. After hearing that, I was so disgusted I just went down to the auto parts store and bought a battery and put it in myself. Since then, no problems. Now comes my wife story. She bought a battery there about a year ago and she's recovering from a very serious illness in a hospital in Idaho Falls. The fourth day she was there she came out and went to start her car so she could get treatments for her medical condition, you guessed it, the battery was dead. She was completely stuck so she had to just go out and buy another brand new battery. I wouldn't buy popcorn off these bozos. I think the name has changed from or to something else but I'm not sure. You have the address at least beware.
