I recently took my 2014 SS Sedan in for some warranty work and I'd like to tell you a bit about the experience... First off... I worked with Peter in the service department for the Recall service my car needed, and the few other mechanical warranty concerns. He never batted an eye at my somewhat "perfectionist" requests. They stored my car inside at night as I requested, and made sure that I was 100% satisfied with how my baby was being treated. He even put me in a BRAND NEW (3 Miles!!) GMC Sierra Crew Cab 4 Wheel Drive as a loaner. Secondly... My car was left in the care of Justin at the body shop. Again... He kept me informed, and took excellent care of my baby the entire time it was there. The work performed was excellent quality, and again... They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my car. Finally... I had considered trading the car in after spending some time in their loaner truck... I worked with Daniel in sales. He was never pushy, worked an amazing deal, and always worked to make sure my questions or concerns were addressed. Even though we didn't end up closing a deal in the end... (I couldn't say goodbye to my car... That's the only reason!) I will absolutely be hitting Daniel up for any future purchases. You won't be disappointed with the entire WK family... They truly do go out of their way to make you feel like a part of their family.

I waited three hours bureau in Kansas only to find out the paperwork was not correct. I called and they agreed to change the paperwork and get me what was necessary but not with a pleasant attitude. The remote was never repaired nor was I given an answer until after I called them and said I still don't have it repaired. They also have an worthless, innocuous, less than descriptive, sign or two to let you know that they are passing on their bank fee of 3% to you as the consumer rather than paying the fee that their bank charges them for credit cards. I realized they were passing on their credit card bank fees to me when I got the invoice. Crappy way to do business if you're gonna charge a 3% charge say what you're doing put a big sign in your service area and you're waiting room and on the doors that say, if you come into this establishment use a credit card we are not going to absorb "our " bank's fee. You, our customer will have to pay it. We're going to charge you 3% to do business with us. Never have I seen a corporate owned business of this size not be able to pay their bank fees! I'm just glad I didn't buy my $90,000 1794 tundra from them. I would hate to think they were the ones who would have to service it on a regular basis. Also, if you go there after 5 o'clock and need anything other than "I don't know" as an answer, they don't have any type of management support after five even though their hours are till six. I'm a business owner and I would be out of business if I ran my business the way they run theirs. By the way, they didn't even check my windshield wiper fluid and the alert was on my dash in a 3 inch sign that says washer fluid low ! Details, people details they don't pay attention to the details!

You find out that it's a 3% charge when you get your invoice. (Even after they haven't done all the work that you brought the vehicle in for for the second time.) Their corporate ownership doesn't give a shit about the customers or doing business in a proper manner ... didn't even refill my washer fluid and the alert was on my $90,000 tundra screen.! glad I didn't buy the truck from them. They really don't have a service department. And never go into the dealership and need a manager after 5 o'clock. None to be found why be open till six if you don't have someone there that can even look anything up on the computer.!
