Since WK only turned in part of the bill to them I was stuck with the rest of the bill ($100 deductible and extra $300 WK said they wouldn't pay). Part of the charge, which wasn't explained to me before hand, was a $150 diagnostic charge for telling me the wheel bearing was bad when I told them that when I dropped it off. Let me see??? diagnostic - they shook the wheel and seen the bearing had play. I had to pay the extra bill that wasn't turned in to the warranty company (I called, they told me what was turned in, $700 of a $1000 bill that was given to me) to get my truck out of their lot. I've been doing mechanical work in both the military and civilian community for 50+ years, I know what I am doing. I will never be back again. That will teach me to go to my regular mechanic from now on.

The remote was never repaired nor was I given an answer until after I called them and said I still don't have it repaired. They also have an worthless, innocuous, less than descriptive, sign or two to let you know that they are passing on their bank fee of 3% to you as the consumer rather than paying the fee that their bank charges them for credit cards. I realized they were passing on their credit card bank fees to me when I got the invoice. Crappy way to do business if you're gonna charge a 3% charge say what you're doing put a big sign in your service area and you're waiting room and on the doors that say, if you come into this establishment use a credit card we are not going to absorb "our " bank's fee. You, our customer will have to pay it. We're going to charge you 3% to do business with us. Never have I seen a corporate owned business of this size not be able to pay their bank fees! I'm just glad I didn't buy my $90,000 1794 tundra from them. I would hate to think they were the ones who would have to service it on a regular basis. Also, if you go there after 5 o'clock and need anything other than "I don't know" as an answer, they don't have any type of management support after five even though their hours are till six. I'm a business owner and I would be out of business if I ran my business the way they run theirs. By the way, they didn't even check my windshield wiper fluid and the alert was on my dash in a 3 inch sign that says washer fluid low ! Details, people details they don't pay attention to the details!
