What do you expect from a junkyard, well this junkyard is not bad, just dont go by whats in the photos as they really dont get taken down.Its a lure to get people to go there I get it but dont be deceitful about it. Apparently, honesty is not a stronghold here.

I purchased a 6.6 Diesel Engine from this company and Caesar was my sales person. He charged me…read more$3,500 and he said if I pay him now. He will be sure it gets delivered on Wednesday. I paid him as he requested. Wednesday I called and was put on hold for 22 minutes by Caesar. When he picked up. I said hey Caesar where is my engine. He said "Well do you want the good news or the bad news". I said Caesar I want my engine. He said well when we took it out of the truck it was no good. I said why didn't you call me or let me know. Why didn't you try and find me another one from people you know to make me happy. Instead you wait for me to call you and you put me on hold for 22 minutes ? He said well the good news is we are getting a new truck that might work. I also believe in the easter bunny. This organization has poor customer service and I still have not received my refund. This has been my experience.

Scott has awesome customer service, he had the car ready for us in the show room with a cute bow on it! He took the time to help us set up our seat settings and explained everything that we needed to know about the car. I know Lexus has better customer service than any other brand, but Scott definitely sealed the deal for us. This car was special ordered for my hubby from Arizona because he wanted certain features, and they made it happen (really fast, I might add). We previously owned an older Lexus and this new one had so many new features that Scott was willing to show us. He was also so nice to our kids that we brought with us, got to know all of us by name, and didn't get annoyed when my 5 year old was spinning around in a chair super close to one of the showroom cars (yikes). I am so surprised that the tags were already on the car, and all of the paperwork was ready when we got there. For my next car I am really swaying towards a Lexus solely based on the customer service (and I am an Audi driver). I really appreciate the fact that this transaction did not take all day, they offered incentives ($4500), and treated my WHOLE family with respect. Side note: there is a lady in one of the corner offices with fruit snacks for the kids!

I got to the dealership at the time I set up for this service, and an hour later they called me in to a service office and told me they were running behind but were starting on my vehicle at that time. An hour later, I got an invoice that said that the amount due was $56.73 - so much for "parts included." The invoice they gave me said regular oil (not synthetic, as promised) was used and a car wash was done also (however, the car had the same layer of dust on it that I came in with). My opinion of dealership service departments was verified - I don't plan on coming back...
