I called O'Reilly Auto Parts and the lady was super helpful. She did not have a big enough battery in stock for my Lincoln, but she told me to hold on and she would place a call to the next closest location. She verified that they had the correct battery in stock and told me to as for a specific dude because he would be expecting me. I drove right down to the Doniphan location and Edwin replaced my battery in less than ten minutes. Over all, great service from both locations.

I will be taking this up with Yelp as to why my and others previous and less than perfect reviews have been removed. This is shady business practice. What do you expect from a junkyard, well this junkyard is not bad, just dont go by whats in the photos as they really dont get taken down.Its a lure to get people to go there I get it but dont be deceitful about it. Apparently, honesty is not a stronghold here.

We tried to make an appointment with the dealer, and they were not only unhelpful, they couldn't even schedule us until 3 weeks later. In comes Just Fix It Auto Repair. They said they could at a minimum diagnose the issue, even on short notice. When we came in, they immediately took the time to check out the problem. They provided us with a full report and even brought us into the garage to look under the hood. They were friendly and helpful. Now we know what needs to be fixed, and we have assurance that we can get to our next destination. Mercedes could learn a thing or two about customer service from this repair shop.
