This made me feel like they actually cared about the specifics of my vehicle, not just a sheet of repairs to check off. 2. They were honest. Before I brought my vehicle in, I had called with questions about it first and a quote. As with any mechanic, they need to see the vehicle and run their diagnostic before giving an official quote but I knew a general idea of the repair so I was asking around to see what different mechanics charge for their labor rate per hour. I liked E&R enough to called them back but was given a different hourly rate from the first phone call. Without hesitation, the employee very genuinely and respectively said they would honor the first rate I was quoted. 3. When Eddie called me with the quote after the diagnostic and when I picked my vehicle up, he educated me!! He explained to me and taught me what the problem was and how that happens on different vehicles. He had already earned my trust but this just emphasized more so that he and his employees are trustworthy. Everyone I interacted here was respectful. The quality of work on the vehicle was exceptional. I could tell they were very thorough and tested the vehicle well after they made the repair to ensure it was fixed and there were no more leaks. I had taken it to the dealer before I took it to E&R and E&R saved me! I really just can't say enough good things about E&R Automotive, highly recommend!

He broke where the intake bolt threads in i dont know how its only to be hand tightened. Then he didnt put 4 of the nuts that hold the plenum. Then the oil housing only had one bolt tightened the rest were loose completely as well as the oil sensor pretty much almost out. And he also ripped the antifreeze hose. I never take to shops for this reason but i had no choice at the time but this guy is on a whole other level of unprofessional. Youve been warned.

I tried to replace the power window motor on my Silverado by myself. Big mistake. Once I got the door apart I realized that it was a MUCH more complex job than I expected. I talked to Rick on the phone and he said, "we'll use your part and complete it for you." They did, and I was shocked when I got the bill: $95!!
