These guys are the absolute worst! Instead of telling me that my battery would be too hard to get…read moreto and that I should have it installed elsewhere they dismantled my car to get to the battery. They cussed the entire time and talked trash on my teenage son saying he Installed the old battery incorrectly. My teenage son had never installed a car battery before and had never had any training but he did a better job than these guys who had installed hundreds of batteries. Then after they had dismantled my car and had the battery out they were just gonna leave it because his hand hurt from messing with my battery. I explained to them that I couldn't drive it without a battery and I couldn't afford to have it towed they reluctantly put the old battery back in it and said they couldn't get the new one in. I had to drive the car up the street and pay someone else $40 to put the new battery in because they had busted the terminals off of the battery. These creeps should have just told me in the first place that the battery needed to be taken somewhere else to be installed.

I was pretty much driving blindly a few days prior to coming here which was unsafe and scary not knowing where I was going on the road. This O' Reilly was a little smaller than the other locations I've been to. I found my wiper blades and paid for them. Every row I walked through was organized and clean. The staff here was friendly and offered to help me put on the wiper blades. I declined because I knew how to change them. Good place to buy some auto parts!

Awful product availability/ customer service. We came to get a new key cut for our car so we would…read morehave a spare. Realized they didn't have it in stock after we got there, so they had to order one and asked us to come back. They call about a week later letting us know the key arrived, but the guy cutting it dropped it while cutting it and it wouldn't fit in our ignition. So they had to order more again. We wait another week, come back after they called to tell us that it was finally in... And the only person that was working in that store is not a technician qualified to cut a key, so for the third time we left without the key. We have already paid for the key... and have been waiting almost a month at this point and still don't have the dang key. So frustrating.

So after two weeks with no attention to the customer comes with it so disappointed . Was wrong instead to call why is the reason the key fob was not here or more information . But to don't be bother him was easy just said you want your refund .I hope the management has an answer and solve this issue
