After hearing that Best Buy was going to charge me over $100 to install a unit that I had already…read morepurchased, I looked for more options. This was the first place I stopped by. I received nothing but great customer service and friendly interactions. All I needed was the unit installed on my 2011 Scion Tc with Bluetooth and they did it seemlessly for $45. Have never had an issue with it and I am very happy with this vehicle. Best part of this place is when I went in for a second vehicle. I brought in a 2006 Toyota Avalon, and for many car people it is understood how difficult it is to be able to replace the radio and keep functions of the screen that's already in the vehicle. The staff there was persistent in being able to solve all my issues and communicated constantly to make sure we could work together to get it fixed. All issues have been resolved with the Avalon, and everything works exactly as we wanted it. All in all, from simple to complex, this place really did the job well and I would definitely bring in any future vehicles for install. I have not purchased a unit with them, I brought in my own and they just did the install (this is the best way to make sure you buy exactly what you want), but I would not doubt that they offer quality products. 10/10 would recommend
