We were in the middle of rural Georgia on a Saturday. We called seven different places to find that most places were an hour away and closed at 5. We decided to keep driving with a fix-a-flat filled tire until we found somewhere to fix or the nearest large city. When we called the Swainsboro Walmart Tire Center #01024 at 5:30, we were desperate. Despite our arrival time to the store being when they closed (6:00 pm), the tire shop assured us that they would help us out. I cannot thank the employees and mechanics at the Swainsboro Tire Center enough. Within thirty minutes, they had replaced the tire for us. They were all so nice and friendly. John, the technician, was so nice to stay later and sacrifice his time to help my family. Thank you for being here for us when we needed it. We were in a situation where no one wants to be: car problems six hours away from home with two toddlers and a dog in the car, but the people of Swainsboro Walmart helped us out when they could have said no.

I don't know the owner's son's name, but he sure took care of me, calmed me down and good company to take my mind off of much going on. Tanners had me back on the road with a new tire within an hour at a surprisingly reasonable cost. At first I thought that this was small town kindness, but really it was just a small business doing their absolute best to take care of others in need.
