Most mattress places don't stock king size for some reason. The girl at mattress firm said it was because there was no call for them in the area which didn't make sense. She then recommended we stop at Mattress Shop an talk to Reggie who stocks king size. So happy we did! Reggie is personable, funny and very knowledgeable about mattresses. After telling him what we were seeking we were directed to two Serta's that he had IN STOCK and the mattress and box spring tags were dated 11/21/2019 and everything was sealed in plastic. We went with a great pillow top and the whole set was $1282.00 with delivery which he said if we had stopped in earlier he could have done the same day! Unheard of in this area. We had our set delivered the next day (day before Thanksgiving) and the men brought the set and frame up to our third floor villa, set everything up and took away our old queen set. Reggie had sent the king frame just in case our current frame didn't expand to king, which it didn't and he included it for free. This all took about 30 minutes! Tip these delivery guys too, they really hustle and are very careful about what they do. This is a locally owned business so if your in the market for a mattress make it your first stop! You wont be disappointed.

I went into buy a bed and had the…read moreattention of the representative of the sales person for a short time until someone else walked into the store so there I am sitting, waiting to complete my order, being that I have done customer service all my life. I expect that one on one attention, and I was highly disappointed in how that was handled.. When the order was complete, I requested a delivery and when my delivery arrived, it was incomplete. I called the store to let them know what had happened and they did not want to take any blame for the order or for the mishap so therefore I had to drive back one hour to the store to pick up the additional mattress that I did not receive on the delivery. This could've all been avoided if I had a one on one with the sales rep at the time of purchase.

I'm very satisfied with the experience he was…read morehonest that their company couldn't deliver next day after 11 am and only delivers certain days. He hooked me up with an outside delivery company and I got the bed same day for a price. I had no wiggle room to wait for Mattress firm to deliver 4 days later. The kid was resourceful and respectful but he should be in College at his young age and maybe he is but Mattress Firm certainly doesn't deserve Smith.
