When I arrived at the shop, no one knew anything about tires or anything about my car showing up there. No one had any answers for me as to when or how my car was going to be fixed like they told me it would be. After waiting 30+ minutes, I went inside to ask about my tires only to be yelled & screamed at by employees threatening to "never have taken my car in" and "don't call their shop again". This is my FIRST time here. I was expecting a somewhat easy fix, but this has been absolute HELL. The workers are rude, mean, and have laughed at me multiple times for just asking basic questions about when my car will be fixed. Do NOT come here.

I had a bumper, winch and fog light install. Then I've had a Performance Cold Air Intake install as well recently. So I've been in 3 different times. These dudes rock. They told me how much, didn't have any hidden fees or charging me for extra hours. I was told it would be this much. Sometimes it would be less because it didn't take as long. I've been mostly dealing with Chris. Lee is cool too though. I just walked across the street had some really good brunch across the street. Once I had a hair cut down the street. This last time I had breakfast and came back my Ranger was done 15 mins later. Derek in the back has been awesome. I had a mouse nest in my old airbox. He was mad nice and wasn't judgmental about it. Glad I was having it removed for the new intake. But still, everyone there is super experienced and good at what they do. I will be back for more. My truck looks great.
