Amazing people, they really treat you like family. I'd highly recommend them for any vehicle service.

I came here specifically because they advertise the installation. I go inside to choose and pay for my battery which they had. I let the girl know that I needed the battery installed, which is fairly obvious since I walk poorly with a cane. She said she has to go check with her manager. The manager comes out and she looks at my car and says we don't install batteries on cars like yours. I said I needed an explanation. She said that because she had to move my air filter which is sitting right in front of my battery that she couldn't do it. I understand if it was a severe amount of labor, but four screws and you pull the air filter out not much to it? My further explained my situation and asked what I should do. She offered no advice and just said she couldn't do it and walked back inside the store. I went up the street to the Valvoline instant oil change, and they were more than happy to get my business and install a battery for me. I was there a total of 15 minutes and never even had to get out of my car. That's the difference between good customer service and people who don't care. AutoZone doesn't care !

Several people have thanked me for treating them just like a regular customer, or in their words, "with dignity" If you are a minority employee, you're simply limited. Me, as a white male, I was given all the opportunity. Granted, I'm a retired PhD engineer, so I am good at inventory and with customers. But, the recruitment into the MAGA movement was continuous and intense. It came from every fellow white worker, including the store manager Elmer. So, I resigned in protest after I was offered a store. I cannot be an officer for a company whose values are so very different than mine. So the district manager, Lloyd Phillips and the regional manager, Chris Sides, tried to get me to come back to AutoZone. I told them in irrevocable condition is that politics stop being a part of the workplace. "if you have a problem with MAGA politics being in the workplace, then you have no place at AutoZone" -Lloyd Phillips, district Manager, Pittsburgh region, a position supported by Chris Sides, regional manager. If you are a minority, or if you are non-cis, prepare yourself for what you already know is common, and do yourself a favor and go closer to population centers. Better yet, if it is something that would not bring you retribution, complain publicly as I am.

We were frantic and desperate. JOHN HIDEY at O'Reilly Auto, store # 6640, was an absolute angel sent from God, in our time of need. No exaggeration. He patiently walked me through purchasing the vehicle battery online, the tools to do the work, but most of all....he offered to bring it to us after he closed the store at 9 pm. That was above and beyond in every way. I am so thankful for John. Every employer needs a John like him!! I cannot begin to express my gratitude. I wish I could give 1,000 stars, not just 5. I was in talks with a sales…read morerep by the name of "Tracey", who did a great job of getting pictures and a video walk-through of a used Infiniti M37 for me. The vehicle had just come in the day before. I had no problem with the price or the condition of the car. She informed me that the car needed to go through the shop for the 120-point inspection and that she would follow up with me the next day. The next day rolls around, and I don't hear a peep from her all day. I suddenly get a text from her saying the car was sold sight unseen. Here I thought I was first in line, ready to purchase this vehicle. She never mentioned to me that there was a "line" of people out the door, ready to buy this thing. The other buyer managed to skip the line and get ahead of me. This sounds like a totally unethical business that would allow such practices to go on at this dealership. No etiquette whatsoever.......a total waste of time. No wonder they only have a crappy 2.5-star review here on Yelp. Avoid this dealership like the plague, guys. ***Note, Update to Owners' reply" as of 5/18/26: That is absolutely NOT true. Total Lie. Tracey, the sales rep, did not offer me the opportunity to put down a deposit, nor did she say that was the procedure to lock down this car. She made it seem as if, it could not be sold to anyone until it passed the 120-point inspection, regardless!! Check the facts before responding to defend your dealership's image. I'm sure that is a very convenient option by giving false claims to better your review rating.

The bumper was duct taped on to prevent it from falling off, and our inspection was due this month. The trucking company has been ignoring all attempts to reach them. I was told to swing by the day before to talk to Justin, the service foreman, to determine if anything can be done as a stopgap until repairs can be made. Justin came up with a game plan, but he knew he'd be off the when I brought the car in, so he talked to Robert and some other guys who were on that day about the game plan. They agreed that bolting the bumper to the frame would keep it secure and follow inspection requirements. When I showed up to get the work done, Noah was looped into the plan, and the 3 of those guys literally saved my sanity and ability for my daughter and me to get to work while our insurance company now battles with the trucking company. Robert was the guy who made the repair that allowed them to proceed with the inspection. After 11 days of getting ignored and being given the run around by Western Express trucking, I seriously could have hugged all 3 of them and when they lent a hand. My husband and I have always had excellent service from your dealership, but these 3 men went above and beyond yesterday at a time of great need, and I can't thank them enough.

Won't answer calls made by landline, cellphone, their own online chat window or email, all tried on the same weekday during regular open hours. ZERO RESPONSE to a serious safety issue. This is why I left Brewer services years ago, but the new faces and names are using the same policies and toolbox as the old ones. I'm sorry I gave them another chance. If they ever contact me, I'll update with what they were willing to do or make it right. If they can convince me of some integrity I might even delete the review. Edit: they eventually did call back. My wife took the car in to address the safety issues they failed to either own or remedy. Within 1 mile of leaving the service department, my wife driving noticed the hood of the car undulating at 40mph. She pulled over and discovered the hood only secondary latched and not closed all the way. After calling to report this, their rep called u and said "they were never under the hood" so if you you want a picture of what dealing with them will look like, this is it. I'm done with them.
